Stayed at Oakwood Thonglor recently and overall had a very good experience. We arrived very late due to a delayed flight from Jakarta, but the check-in process was quick, smooth, and handled professionally, which we really appreciated after a long travel day. The location is excellent—close to many cafes, restaurants, and convenient spots around Thonglor, making it easy to explore the area. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with plenty of room to move around and a nice balcony for fresh air. Towels were replaced as needed, and I appreciate their effort to reduce plastic usage by not providing single-use plastic water bottles. Small details like this really show consideration for sustainability. Perhaps in the future, it would be great if some waste could be sorted and recycled, maybe even repurposed into limited-edition merchandise or amenities to support an eco-friendly program. It could be a unique value point for guests who care about the environment. Overall, a comfortable stay in a good area, with friendly service and a pleasant experience from check-in to checkout. Would consider returning on my next visit to Bangkok.

The whole room very dusty even though the house keeping they said they clean every day
Sofa omg super duper dusty my son have allergies with the dust so since we stay there he have to take antihistamine every single day. So hope the cleaners will do their job better in the future

We sincerely apologize that your son's dust allergies were triggered, forcing him to take medication daily. This is a serious failure on our part, and we regret that our daily housekeeping did not meet our high standards.

Deep Cleaning: The room has been pulled from service for a comprehensive, specialized deep clean focused on upholstery and high-dust areas.
Staff Retraining: Our entire housekeeping team is undergoing immediate retraining on detailed deep cleaning protocols.
New Audit: We are implementing an immediate manager audit system to ensure rooms are thoroughly checked for dust before guest arrival.

Best stay in Bangkok! The two bedrooms apartment was spacious. Room was clean, they provide cleaning service everyday. Near from the grocery store, just 2 minutes walk. Had a pleasant stay, thank you Oakwood Residence
