Loved it, went for my bday weekend with hubby , I was amazed and can’t wait to go back . Super clean, extremely helpful and kind staff from the moment you step in, very organized, safer. Loved the rooms I guess they were updated cause it has a modern look, the. The bar by the pool is great, not crazy expensive, food is good. Private parking for hotel guest wiht great security literally two steps away from the hotel, close to all the atraccions, there is an Oxxo right next to the hotel 24 hours . This is absolutely my go to every time I go to Ensenada, loooooved it. Just one request , to have a mini refrigerator in the room, other than that PERFECT

They don’t have towels. I’ve stayed twice and they always run out of towels.

I’ve stayed twice and both times they only give one towel per guest. I even rented the Jacuzzi suite and still only one per guest. It’s like pulling teeth to try and get an extra towel. They tell you that the pool area will supply towels, but they never have any available. This is not a one off, the two times I have booked here it’s been the same issue at the pool and rooms. I had booked a two night and had to go to another hotel for the second night due to this. Outside of the towel issue, and they do have an issue. Everything else is perfect. I really wish they did. It have a towel issue because everything else is great.

The casino smoking side was WAY too hot! The hotel was beautiful- love the upgrades and I hope you keep upgrading. However, the beds are way too hard no give to the mattress

I recommend to get an updated/renovated room. The deluxe room did have much space to walk as the balcony was right infront of our bed but it managed. We got pool view room which O expected more noise than anticipated but to our surprise it wasn’t that loud, the room keeping ladies were attentive. My partner thinks the KIng bed was stiff but I think it was fine. The only thing I didn find unpleasant was the sewage smell after the water runs in the shower/sink, our solution was to just close the door so it won’t reach the rest of the room. Front desk was attentive, staff at the pool were attentive. All around it was pleasant.

Always love staying at this hotel. Very clean and staff are very nice.

Paulina at the front desk was very friendly and made us feel welcomed. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. The pool was excellent and the poolside waitstaff was very attentive and courteous. It was the first time my family and I stayed at this hotel and we will definitely be coming back.

Staff is always excellent, including Edgar, Isabel, Paulina and the Bar staff , that’s why when I go to Ensenada , I always stay in San Nicolas hotel

Everything was good except of all the travel times I had I didn't take shampoo n forgot my soap. Dispensers were empty all 3 so that was a big negative. I know things happen but that's a main issue I had. Luckily one of my sisters had some shampoo. And the room said sleeps 4 I register 3 and was not able to add the 4th I thought is fine We pay extra but that's fine rules are rules. Beautiful place to stay again. Wonder if you have share rooms? Thanks

This hotel has everything you need for families and business, great restaurant inside. Pool and jacuzzis are beautiful. Close to everything in the heart of ensenada. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Just book here, you won't be disappointed
