Room was very basic. Really hot and no air conditioning. The room had 2 fans but when I checked in the room had curtains open and window shut, so fans didn’t really help. The room was a little tired and lacked some basic amenities. I was looking for a bottle opener so went to reception who just said they didn’t have anything, not very helpful at all.

Relatively basic, but if all you need is somewhere to lay your head, you're golden. It's showing it's age a little, but it's clean, and well run. The staff are lovely, and the late check out option is really useful. We always enjoy the little cafe downstairs, even spotted an ex international RFU player in there this last stay!

This is a bare bones place. Whatever you do, don't stay here in the spring or summer. There is no air-conditioning, plus you can only open the window a crack, so it is absolutely stifling in the room. No toiletries, insufficient towels, but the staff was friendly and there was plenty of free parking in front.

The rooms are overall comfortable, however during the summer, the lack of AC made it hard to sleep. I saw a cobweb on the ceiling. The tables next to the beds are inadequate. The water in the sink was scalding and I couldn't find cool water until the next morning to wash my hands. Overall, the room was spacious with a tv and a desk. No breakfast which was disappointing for the price. Just ok to spend one night.

A decent room, warm and clean. Quick and easy check-in and check-out. If you live outside the city and are used to quiet, street noise may be bothersome.

Not exactly close to town (a 15 min drive) Basic accommodation but clean. An Aldi store next door. Good budget accommodation.

If I had to book again will not pick Travelodge Castletroy. Could not get my roomed cleaned or toiletries supply for the 3 nights I put up there

Convenient

Room fine. But walls thin, could hear others having sex and one room you could hear their conversations. They didnt stop talking until gone 4am. Had a bad sleep
