Great location, good sized rooms. Views from bedroom window was stunning. Fantastic breakfast. Staff very helpful. Definitely would stay again

Really nice, comfortable room. Very clean room and en-suite. Pleasant friendly staff in all areas. Spa was welcome especially the hot tub. Plenty of parking. Convenient for the town too. Good breakfast.

Front desk was excellent. Rooms very clean and location was great, close to everything. Steam room, sauna and jacuzzi were great after riding the mountains . Easy to park .

No superlative left to describe this little gem of a hotel in beautiful Bormio. Easy walk to town. Sumptuous breakfast. Everything high quality.

The friendly members of the staff are the cleaners and do a fantastic job! There are a couple of the dining staff who we found pleasant but the small guy with the glasses didn’t make much effort to speak, in fact he made me feel uncomfortable. There are plenty of areas to longe in if you wish to have some private space. The spa area is quiet nice and is very clean and ideal for an hours relaxation.

The hotel was very old it has nothing for kids They have great ice cream the courtyard was nice and the man on coffee bar was very nice too The staff were friendly

I only stayed 1 night however I am happy that I selected this hotel. Clean and comfortable hotel..Food at restaurant was quite good, Shuttle to ski was very quick. I lost my airpods at cable car station and they helped me to find it and send it back. Very helpful stuff. I recommend this hotel.

Amazing venue

Great hotel. Excellent breakfast and set up perfectly for cyclists with a well equiped bike maintenance area. Close to town to walk in for some great restaurants and old town village.

I did not stay here, the hotel moved us to the Palace Hotel due to a technical fault. The Palace is a sister hotel and I could not fault it, breakfast was fabulous.

Would most definitely stay there again! We had a small issue which the manager was both very kind and attentive and remedied the situation promptly!

Fantastic staff amazing hotel and location stunning views

Came with a group if 5 people and had a wonderful time. We only stayed for one night, but would definitely return. Staff was very friendly, parking was easy, and breakfast was delicious. And an unusually large and diverse selection compared to what we usually see when traveling in Europe.

This was a beautiful hotel. We were offered a room on the front which was of a good size but with no balcony and was quite dark. The hotel was very accommodating when we asked if we could change rooms. The alternative was smaller, but was the opposite side of the hotel, had outside space and was brighter. There are views of the mountains from both sides. The hotel was full as there was a local festival and an organised cycle event. Despite this the service at breakfast and dinner was very good, a varied choice of foods and helpful staff with our lack of Italian.
