Attractive hotel with a great restaurant and outside space. All staff where very friendly however some updating of the bathroom including robes would help to improve the experience and value for money

What a beautiful place, nothing was too much trouble for the staff, facilities were very good and it is a fabulous location, quiet, nothing much around if you want night life, but we didn't - so perfect.

We loved the hotels lakeside location and pool area. In addition the breakfast terrace and restaurant service was excellent with stunning views across Lake Maggiore. Our room on the 2nd floor was disappointingly small and we experienced some minor faults which could have been easily avoided including flat batteries in the safety deposit box and air conditioning controller. On our penultimate day the electricity to the room failed which the staff dealt with efficiently by upgrading us to a much better room on the 4th floor. If only we had this room first.

The hotel has a lovely quiet location and an absolutely stunning view. We had a great time but I should mention, though the rooms we're clean, they could really use a good update. I also think the hard plastic lawn chairs by the pool could be updated and the pool be cleaned a bit better, as it's a bit green in the tile grout. Breakfast was nothing special. You definitely pay for the view here and access to the beach and pool. That's what we wanted, so we were still happy.

Also right on the main road, so expect road noise between 7am and 11pm. No air conditioning so be warned, it can get warm in the rooms, finally cooled off late like 1am, this was last week in August though. Breakfast was good, not great, boil your own eggs, lots of bread, pre packaged yogurt, jellies, butter, a few cakes. They did have WiFi which was nice but tiny tv with free English channels, no issue for us. Pool and lake are clean and cold, beach and deck chairs and umbrellas are nice.

We did not know what to expect because we had never visited this part of Italy. It was a nice quiet hotel (except for the road noise) located in a quaint part of Lake Maggiore. We needed the rest from traveling on the road for a couple of weeks. We did some exploring the local area and found our way back to the hotel each afternoon for a nice swim in the pool. It was just the right spot for us to land. He hated to leave.

Paper thin walls between bedrooms meant a very poor night's sleep. Every cough from next door could be heard! Room tired and basic but with lovely view over lake. Breakfast very average considering price.

At a perfect location on the lake shore in a calm surrounding and in proximity of the main town Verbania. Very elegant lobby,dining- and breakfast veranda and surrounding pool and park. Room could use an upgrade at least on the 3rd floor where we stayed. On the other hand the room had two small balconies facing the lake. Very high value for money. Perfect for week-end getaway!

Da un hotel a 4 stelle mi aspetterei che la caffetteria venisse preparata dal bar e non dalla macchina del caffe. Per il resto bella la camera e anche il terrazzino vista lago

Aus irgendeinem Grunde bekamen wir nicht das Zimmer welches wir gebucht hatten. Auf dem Foto war es mit Terrasse, nachher bekamen wir eins nur mit kleinem Balkon. Das sei ein Fehler von Expedia.

Ein traumhaft gelegenes Hotel mit herrlichem Blick über den Lago Maggiore. Die ganze Anlage ist herrlich gepflegt und der Strandbereich ist zum relaxen eine einzige Verlockung.

Das Abendessen im Rahmen der Halbpension ist super, als 4-Gänge Menü sind die Portionen aber pro Gang zu groß. Dieses HP-Menü ist aber nicht unbedingt für Kinder geeignet. Auch nach Rückfrage beim Personal ob für Kinder nicht etwas anderes, einfacheres bekommen könnten, wurde dies verneint. Pool und alle Außenanlagen sehr gepflegt.

Il plus è sicuramente la posizione in riva al lago. Abbiamo soggiornato in una camera con terrazza, con vista fantastica. Curato e ordinato negli interni, meravigliosi gli esterni con piscina e spiaggia privata.C'è la possibilità di noleggiare la vespa o il motoscafo

Super placering helt nede ved søen. Maden er ikke noget at skrive hjem om, så spis i de nærmeste byer, hvor der er massere af gode og hyggelige restauranter. Morgenmaden er udemærket. Der er en lækker privat strand med liggestole og parasoller til alle og en god pool. Hotellet er efter italiensk standard til den pæne side, men efter nordisk standard lidt slidt og tungt i stilen. Placeringen og den private strand gør dog hotellet et besøg værd. Små fine øer kan nås med færge og er et besøg værd.

Sehr gute Parkplätze und schönes Schwimmbecken. Tolle Aussicht vom Hotelzimmer zum See. Schön angelegter Strand und Personal sehr zuvorkommend. Würde das gleiche Hotel wieder buchen.
