Good basic hotel, not a 4 star. Small pool area and bar, never an issue getting a sun bed. Would come back as a couple but not with kids nothing for them to do and pool is very deep. Breakfast was lovely and plenty of choice. Most staff pleasant, rooms cleaned daily.

The hotel is located in a good area, close to the beautiful beach of Can Picafort, a short distance from everything: shops, bars, restaurants and the beautiful sea promenade where you can take evening walks. Although we arrived late at the hotel and missed dinner that evening, we were directed to serve a brunch in the restaurant, which we appreciated. The receptionists are not the warmest people in the world, but they always responded promptly to all our requests. The triple rooms are ok in terms of space and comfort, cleaning is done daily and towels are changed on request, but the bedding was only changed once in the 10 days we stayed in the hotel, something that should be fixed. Being a 4* hotel, we expect to receive slippers, bathrobes, a shower cap, soaps in the toilet, unfortunately nothing is provided from the listed items. The food is super good and varied both at breakfast and at dinner, the staff at the restaurant is amazing. Drinks at dinner are not included in the price, but the prices are more than ok. Almost every evening there are entertainment shows and they are very attractive and entertaining. There is a clean swimming pool, with free chaise lounges and towels provided by the hotel. Overall it was a very nice holidays and we recommend Farrutx Hotel for your stay in Can Picafort.

You can’t fault how clean and organised this hotel is. The staff are friendly and the options in the restaurant good. The rooms are small but tidy and modern. The hotel entertainment wasn’t great but the bar is pleasant. We didn’t like the area but this isn’t the fault of the hotel. Overall we’d stall at a Grupotel again for sure but probably not in Can Picafort.

The food was tasty. I just didn’t like the bathroom because it always had a non pleasant smell. After the shower gel finished, we were not given more. Location is good, close to the beach and shops.

Excellent property and good service by the staffs all round.The propety is also in a good location only about 4 minutes to the beech. Breakfast was the best, will visit again.

Sadly a lack of nightly entertainment in the height of the summer months. lovely friendly staff. No recognition for returning customers. Great food, spotless hotel, lovely hotel rooms, fabulous pool and bar area and well air-conditioned throughout.

On arrival receptionist noted one of party was in a wheelchair, she asked if they were ok to use stairs as room was in the annex section. Although we were able to use them they moved us the following morning to a room with lift access. All staff very friendly. Good selection of food at both breakfast & evening buffet. WIFI connection was ok, but you could only log in to one device at a time, once logged out you had to wait a while before it would let you log in again which was frustrating. With the hotel been just off the main street it was quiet, but near enough to the sea front, only a couple of minutes walk. The only down side was that the pool was not heated, it was really cold. Been able to hire pool/beach towels very handy.

Check in was easy even though we had to wait a short time for our room. The hotel was most enjoyable but due to the pool water being extremely cold we used the beach more than we would normally. The area around the hotel could be quite dirty and you needed to be aware that the pavements were not clean ( due to dog owners not cleaning up ).

Everything was as expected. Good room, great service, great breakfast. Close to main areas, resturants etc. Only one drawback - beds in double room are not comfortable. Would definitely stay here again.

Hotel was prima, kamer ruim. Ik had zeezicht, geeft toch iets extra's. Ontbijt voldoende keus.

Accueil parfait ; nous avons séjourné dans une chambre au 8 eme étage avec vue mer . L ‘hôtel est calme et propre , le personnel est toujours disponible notamment au restaurant où les plats sont variés et de bonne qualité .

Bella struttura, recente e ben tenuta. Un quattro stelle meritato con piscina inclusa e zona Spa con piscina idromassaggio sauna e bagno turco disponibile senza costi aggiuntivi. Ottimo anche il ristorante con colazioni stile continentale in cui si trova davvero di tutto. Anche il servizio cena è ottimo con tanta varietà e serate a tema, unica pecca l'orario dalle 18:30 alle 21:00 un po' scomodo se si torna tardi dalle spiagge. Camera pulita con balconcino e doccia molto ampia. Anche qui la pecca è il lettoi che è matrimoniale solo sulla.carta in realtà sono due lettini uniti con lenzuola singole e la stanza non molto ampia Reception aperta 24/24. Parcheggio non incluso ma si trova abbastanza facilmente in zona. L'hotel è a 5 minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia e a 2 minuti dalla.strada principale pedonale piena di ristoranti e negozietti un po' troppo turistici . Merita una visita ad Alcudia a circa 20 Min di auto perché il paesino è storico e tenuto molto bene, nulla a che vedere con Picafort che di fatto è un agglomerato di case e Hotel.

Ganske fint hotel. Morgenmaden var desværre ikke så god, der var et fint udvalg men kvaliteten halter, vi drak hverken juice eller kaffe hele ugen vi var der. Men service niveauet, rengøringen og beliggenheden kan vi ikke sætte en finder på. Hvis ikke det var for den manglende kvalitet på maden, var vi nok kommet igen.
