Great location, helpful staff, nice food and drink, lift to room.

The hotel is in a great location, close to the main attractions and restaurants in Bordeaux. The staff were polite and check-in was smooth. However, the rooms felt small and outdated, and the overall experience was ok. The breakfast was average and lacked variety. It’s fine for a short stay, but I expected a bit more comfort and attention to detail for the price.

Property is somewhat run down, old carpeting, old decor. Rooms are quiet and dark to sleep. Parking is very expensive but the hotel location is wonderful. Everything is in walking distance. Transportation, restaurants, shops everything is very close by. Very happy with the location, downstair restaurant and hotel staff. Would stay here again.

This is the most central location I have ever stayed in. So easy to pop back into the hotel during the day to drop off shopping, use the restroom, or just take a nap. Only steps from the tram line that comes in from the Bordeaux train station, the intercontinental hotel, Opera House and shopping streets.

We have stayed here in previous occasions and the staff really put in a good effort but at this point the facility really needs attention. Carpets are stained, faded and worn. Water pressure was great but the toilet leaked. Sometimes a sewer smell wafted into the room and if we opened windows instead there is the persistent smell of cigarette smoke for outside, even at 2 in the morning.

The hotel is in a great location, very close to the tourist information office and a hub for the city tram system. All of the front desk staff were friendly and helpful. The location is also convenient for walking to a good variety of restaurants

Centrally located, very convient. Floors rugs/carpets needs a good wash.

The location of the hotel was amazing, the rooms were clean and the staff was very friendly. I had a great stay here.

Lovely staff very good location

The room was basic, but the location was good. The advertisement on Expedia looked a whole lot better than it actually was when we arrived at the hotel. The hotel was quite rundown and needs a refurnish meant. Breakfast was good.

The proximity to things was great. We could walk many places and the transit sytem was around the corner. Lots of places to eat close by and the abaility to move around the city was excellent!! Food was simple but good and other dining was close by,

Price was higher than quoted, ended up having to pay more. However had amazing stay, good air con for hot days and clean and large room.

Fast check in, friendly staff, spacious room (needs updating) but full of character. Minimal breakfast. Great restaurants in vacinity. Great location.
