Experience of staying in a parador is a privilege. Breakfast selection was excellent and staff were really helpful. Room was spacious with an amazing view. Location in the heart of the medieval quarter was memorable.

Beautiful property, has so much character and perfectly situated for walking into the old town, restaurants and bars. The reception team were so welcoming and helpful, would definitely recommend.

A really nice place to stay, very relaxing atmosphere only a quick visit, but well worth seeing, good hotel.

A magical place - loved staying in a castle!!

The historic connections, but better explanation of some of the artifacts would be good.

Beautiful hotel, the castle had great views. Room was large, very comfortable. Breakfast was very good. Really enjoyed our stay!

On arrival, the staff were very friendly and helpful. We loved our room which was beautifully designed with some lovely historical touches! We had a gorgeous room with a fabulous view too right out to the bay. I would definitely recommend this hotel if you’re up for being transported back in time. We loved it !

Staying in a gorgeous renovated Parador is a real treat. The history is incredible and to see these old buildings restored as boutique hotels is a wonderful idea. Car park was quite tight to turn into behind the Parador. Gorgeous old hilltop town to explore. Plenty of bars and eateries. Our room looked over the river with France on the other side and the marina. We’ll return for sure!

Excellent experience

A perfect place for a relaxing couple of days. We loved this parador and will definitely be back. In the centre of the historic town, with great restaurants and bars within just a few minutes walk. Easy walking distance to town. Couldn’t have loved it more

Comfortable beds. Nice tub in bathroom. Great WiFi and great breakfast. Historical castle owned by Charles V of Spain. On site bar serves good (but expensive) drinks. The hotel has a lift

Great property, so historic, great views!

We stayed one night when we visit San Sebastián. The view from the hotel was wonderful and the hotel itself was amazing! I would like to visit again.
