When I went to check out, the manager told me that I owed 271$ or euros. Anyway, I refused to pay and told him that everything had been taken care of with Hotel. At first he told me that I did not understand, next he told me that I did not want to understand, I remained calm and polite which was not his case. I finally understood that someone from the hotel had forgotten to register the amount received from your company. He did not have to mention this to me which got me all confused.

A perfect place for an overnight on a bicycle tour of inland Brittany. A very friendly nice guy was the only staff I met, he speaks English and was very kind and helpful. I had the best burger in my life at Bar Billig not too far from there.

Great place very clean kind and friendly staff

I stayed at this hotel for 3 nights with my 2 daughters. We stayed in room #1 and it was great! The beds were comfortable, the room was clean and the bathroom had everything we needed. It’s a 3min walk down the road to get to city center. I recommend this place!

Great location and front desk service. Ample street car parking was a bonus. The twin beds were not comfortable. We were sinking and woke up with backache. Toilet seats can use upgrading. Our room was not immune to external sounds due to poor soundproofing.

Perfect property for two of us. Breakfast was good, room was nice and clean. Couldn't find a fault with anything. Hotel reception staff were excellent, they booked our taxi to the airport when we left with no hesitation. Easies check in I've ever experienced as well, just gave out name and they showed us to our room.

Clean and tidy hotel in a great location.

Outstanding serbice. The location of this hotel is excellent. Close to the center of town and close to excellent restaurants. The only draw back is that the facility is not air conditioned so for summer it could be uncomfortable for those thst dont like hot summer nights. For us it was not an issue given that we were visiting in the fall and you can open the windows. There breakfast is excellent!

Our first time in Dinard, so we chose our hotel based on other peoples reviews. We felt the pictures on the website suggested that the rooms were bigger, they were actually quite small, very basic, limited storage space. The beds were quite soft, and the pillows were more like cushions, we used the blanket to give extra support. The rooms would benefit from tea/coffee making facilities, rather than relying on room service, as this wasn't available after 22.00hrs. Continental breakfast is available at an extra cost of 8.90euros, not much choice but filled a gap. We believed that the staff spoke English but that wasn't very forthcoming, but saying that, we didn't speak French either, so it was a little difficult at times. The resort itself is very nice, good for walkers and cyclists, not much to do after 20.00 hours but we did go mid September so not sure if this is more of a seasonal resort.

An old hotel but was clean and the operators looked after us. It is typically small rooms and bathrooms. It is considered to be a fair price in a town that is generally expensive. The hotel is within walking distance to the beach - just . Only stayed one night so a full opinion would be difficult.

Had a lovely 2 night stay. Exceptional clean room and lovely new bathroom. Very central location and the hotel was happy to store our luggage on the final day and arrange our taxi. would recommend the hotel and would certainly stay again
