The Hotel’s style brings you back to the 1930s. It is perfectly maintained with modern amenities. The staff was wonderful and eager to fulfill our every request. The breakfast was a 10 !!! The restaurants on the property were superb. Let’s not forget the location, you can just walk out the back door and get on the ski lift. We will re-book for this December. I highly recommend this property.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. It was easy to get around as there is a bus stop right out front.

Hotel was spectacular. I wish we had more time to explore St. Moritz. Only there for one day to catch the Glacier Express. Staff was very helpful and knowledgeable. We had a delicious dessert happy hour and a delicious breakfast at the hotel. Room had a wonderful view of the mountains and was very comfortable and clean.

The staff was wonderful, very helpful and knowledgeable. We especially appreciated Lily who worked at the front desk and set us up with ski passes and a place to rent skis. She also provided a great tour of the hotel, showing us all the amenities and how to access the ski storage. The daily breakfast was great.

The Cresta Palace Hotel in Celerina is a wonderful place to stay—charming, beautiful, and very welcoming. The staff is friendly and helpful, always making sure everything is just right. It’s a great choice for families, as it’s very child-friendly and offers lots of support for activities. The location is perfect, close to St. Moritz and amazing ski areas, especially for beginners. They even helped us arrange private ski lessons and took care of all the details for our trips and activities. The food is excellent, and the service makes the whole experience so easy and enjoyable. Highly recommended!

Generally great. Especially the Spa area. The noise from kids running in the corridors needs to be controlled as the sound travels easily. Hotel corridors aren't a playground.

Shower is badly designed. Hotel is old and in need of some remodeling. Carpets are very old. The room has the smallest Tv I have seen in my entire life, something close to 12-15 inch tv.

This is a great property. High value for money. minibar is free !! However some dampeners, 1) Being a vegetarian, I asked the very nice receptionist if they can provide some vegetarian options in the breakfast menu. they were so kind to understand and oblige. Rude shock in the middle of the breakfast was when they presented me with a bill for it !! tsk tsk!! But i protested and they obliged after trying 2-3 times to coax me into paying. so no love lost ! 2) They do pick up and drops - However with a rider, they will not pick up from St Moritz (only 2kms away)which is the main attraction due to which they even get a booking - Must rethink this policy , no ?
