Nicely renovated parador with a very helpful and professional staff. The food was very good (for both dinner and breakfast). I would happily stay here again.

Great property right in the center of old town. Everything is in walking distance. While the outside looks old (historic), inside has been very tastefully renovated to make it up to current standards. AC, nice tub and shower…

Beautiful room with two balconies and lovely furnishings. The bed was large and comfortable, and the bathroom was cavernous. The hotel is in a wonderfully decorated historic building in the center of town. A perfect place from which to enjoy Santillana Del Mar. The only point against them is that there is no coffee maker or kettle in the room. Parking available in their lot for a small charge.

Amazing

Santillana del mar is a fantastic medieval town and the parador hotel is right in the heart of it, with a building matching the sUrroundings inside and out. We loved the rooms with balconies overlooking the coirtyard and huge shuttered windows. A wonderful place to explore on foot, and the nearby altamira caves. We also visited comillas- another great place to explore, with a whimsical house designed by anton gaudi.

I loved my short stay, and hopefully will have a longer stay here soon!

The restaurant staff is impeccable. Professional, kind, incredibly hard-working.

This is a lovely old hotel with fabulous grand old rooms. Lots of charm. Bit tricky to drive to, last part of journey is on narrow cobbled streets full of visitors, but take your time and you’ll be fine. Hotels in a lovely big square with parking opposite and easy to get into. We had a lovely meal in the restaurant, picked up breakfast from a lovely little panaderia two minutes walk away and the lovely village is literally in the doorstep.

Perfect hotel in a perfect little village. We loved everything about our visit.

We have stayed at this Parador before it’s is usually a very quiet place. When we arrived there was a festival and a band very noisy don’t go on the 1st July. We also thought the waitresses in the restaurants not very friendly

The service and staff was very helpful. They supplied my wife with wheel chair so she can get around your hotel without using stairs. The medieval architecture was very appealing. The restaurant had a good selection of food. The food also was very good.

Well kept, quaint, tranquil, picture box village, good restaurants, great place.

El desayuno demasiado caro, es un timo. Mejor desayunar en otro lugar.

Our stay was very good , the hotel is lovely and we had the most amazing meal there too , I honestly cannot fault it , will definitely go back .
