The hotel is clean, near convenience stores, and the room is large. Good value relative to the price paid.

Best value for money, 2 king-size beds for a deluxe family room with big space and a balcony, ordinary breakfast with not many to choose from but it's still acceptable. Near 2 7-Eleven stores, around 10-15 minutes walk to monorail Lad Phrao. 500 THB cash deposit is needed for 1 room.

Stay here for Coldplay concert, it's close to the venue, near a taxibike station and places to eat, including a 7/11 store. The room is big and cleaned every day. Lobby staff need to improve.

It was a good experience when we're staying at MetroPoint Bangkok Hotel. The receptionist was humble and nice, room services are good. The location of this Hotel is very strategic, close to public facilities (like Seven-Eleven, bus station, MRT station, etc.) Hope we can visit and stay in this hotel again.

The room doesn't keep sound at all. Hearing everything, anyone who has difficulty sleeping will find it difficult to fall asleep. It's a hotel where there are a lot of Chinese people who will have problems hearing loud conversations late at night and early in the morning. The water flows slowly, but the employees are all smiling and speaking well.

The room is good, clean, but noisy because there is a restaurant in the middle.

Its really comfortable and have a nice balcony to feel relaxed.

Mình đến với đất nước Thái Lan 2 lần đi tự túc thì đều chọn nơi đây để nghỉ ngơi, không gian ổn bên ngoài có chỗ ngồi chill. Gần nơi đi thuyền để đến big C với giá 20baht/1 người và có phương tiện xe bus thoải mái đi xa như chợ Chatuchak. Có điều đi ra ngoài lâu và trở về nhà vệ sinh hơi có mùi từ cống thoát nước

I had quite bad experience at the first moment because the hotel's website informed us the wrong information; We could not walk to the hotel from airport link but the official website informed "only five minutes from airport rail link to the hotel". And the worst thing was when I called them, the operator told me I was wrong and I had got off at the wrong station (though we had followed the website's information which should have been corrected). So I decided to tell them this information was wrong but they did not even know from where this information was. So if you are interested to be here, please check the map carefully and do not believe what the official hotel website informs you. (actually it's not too bad but I was not okay when the operator blamed on me and acted as if it had been my fault). But overall, the room is okay, clean, and comfortable, though the air conditioner was not working well. So once is more than enough.

Overall, the room is clean. But want to improve the sink faucet and drains claiming to wash the face The water is waiting to drain very slowly (almost a ton).
