This hotel is incredible! The front desk was very helpful as our flight arrived very early. We came back a few hours later and our rooms were ready. The room and bathroom were very spacious, and we didn’t hear any noise from other hotel guests, unlike another hotel we stayed at later in the week. The breakfast food was top-notch, and staff were incredibly kind and helpful, always smiling. One night our family played cards and were served an amazing Sangria made with Rose! We tried to have it replicated at other establishments and no luck. The location was close to everything, but felt private. We would definitely consider staying here if we return to Madrid.

Great place to stay . Super clean with the friendliest staff . I have stayed here several times and my experience has always been the best . If I had a suggestion would be for them to invest in some King Size beds . I always ask for a double bed and everytime I'm given two twin size beds next to each other , which it would be fine if the beds did not keep on pulling appart .

Great location, clean rooms and very comfortable beds. A kettle to make tea would be a great addition.

Well situated hotel for getting around (in SOL) rooms in are modern and very clean, breakfast was excellent and plenty of voice.

Perfect room: Clean, ample, and comfortable bed. Excellent bathroom and shower. The staff friendly, always available and catered to every special request. Location cannot be beat.

Judgmental staff, we stayed 3 in a room without any windows we didn’t know morning from evening. Only provided two towels (what about the third person? Share?)

Great location with lots of sights within walking distance. Staff were very helpful and the breakfast was great. The one issue we did have was noise from other guests. This disturbed our sleep one more than one night. You could clearly hear conversations through the walls. Some street noise is to be expected but internally better sound proofing would be helpful.

Clean room, nice staff

This hotel is in a great neighborhood close to a lot of attractions and great restaurants. I would suggest requesting an upper floor as those rooms have been renovated and are beautiful. The breakfast was amazing with so many options from healthy to decadent. At night the breakfast area turns into a lounge with super friendly staff and great drinks.

Breakfast was great

This is a terrific hotel! The staff was very accommodating and allowed to check in before the 3pm time which was helpful after arriving a 5:30am from the states. The breakfast was high quality and they offered eggs to order in addition to the normal European fare. the hotel has a super location within most offerings in the old town area. For dinners, the front desk staff offered many good selections to choose from. The only down side for the hotel is a lack of on site auto parking. This is a great property that did not disappoint.

The location of this hotel is perfect. Right in the middle of everything you would want in Madrid. We found the rooms to be updated and very clean. The best part was the breakfast buffet in the morning. Wow. It was incredible and so nice to fill up before our flight home.
