The hotel was in a beautiful location overlooking the beach but unfortunately the staff at check-in left us waiting for around 10 minutes because the only staff person was on the phone. The room was tired with loose floor laminates and the air-conditioning didn't work adequately. Breakfast, again was just OK so disappointing. Staff person on check out seemed angry about something and was rude and did not ask how our stay had been.

La verdad, todo salió súper bien. Muy buena atención y sin ningún problema. Repetiría sin dudarlo.

It’s a good beachfront property in front of a magnificent circular beach with pure fine sand and magical islands in front of the Cantabrian Sea. Decent food options at great prices.

View is amazing!!

This hotel was a perfect location right on a beautiful beach. We first had a room on the “nautical themed” side. This side is a lot older and run down feeling than the other more renovated side. We changed rooms at midnight due to three bus loads of kids (not school buses but giant tour buses) being on the floor right above us. These kids were INSANELY loud and unsupervised. You could hear every word they screamed (yes screamed), they were dragging furniture all over the room and congregating and hopping onto each others balconies all while screaming. The “chaperone” was sitting in the hall on his phone and just said there’s nothing he can do when we asked if he could ask them to quiet down. Im a flight attendant so spend half my life in hotel rooms and I have NEVER seen anything as wild and out of control as this place. Eventually at midnight we packed all our things up and the front desk put us in the other side or the hotel which was much better. These kids were everywhere the entire time we were there. The resturant, the common areas. It was like spending our anniversary at an unsupervised kids camp lol.

Very disappointed!. We feel cheated. When looking to book, the picture shows the Kaype Hotel on the see front, BUT when booking the room, the room description comes up as Kaype - Quintamar which is NOT the same! After booking and paying the non refundable room rate, we got a email, saying not to expect a see view or balcony, as we were booked into the annex (this should have been explained before we booked).They make out it’s an annex at the rear of the hotel, but the reality it’s another hotel behind the Kaype Hotel with no views, a damp / musty smelling lobby, tatty stair carpets, tatty rooms, no one on reception, no on site parking (Reception and parking is at the Kaype Hotel) and for us, even worse, we were up in the loft space with no air conditioning and a low ceiling. Hit my head a number of times. We have been on a two were road trip and this is by far the worst hotel we have stayed at on this trip. I could go on, but the bottom line is scroll past this one and find a better hotel. 8 - 10 is not a fair reflection of this hotel. I would give it 5 - 10 and that’s only because of the location. Also could not get wifi in the attic room, but I guess that to stop anyone getting g on the internet and giving a bad review!

super beach front hotel on a small bay in Asturias - comfortable and good value

We stayed here traveling from Haro to Montforte de Lemos…nice stay, right on the ocean, close to Llanes town. pics do not do it justice! I would definitely stay again. That said, restaurant needs significant improvements for quality of service…food was average-one of the most amazing views. Rooms had twin beds, booked double.

Friendly efficient hotel. Lovely location adjacent to a beautiful beach.

Hotel is being extended and building work going on so noisy during day, evening meals were too late on starting as based on spanish times. Meals inc a bottle of wine and water and excellent meals. Not a lot to do if weather bad and no evening entertainment. Walks beautiful but need a car to see best of area. Hotel is right on beach. Watch for when they collect sea weed from beaches though as this noisy and they charge extra for sea view.

Great location if you have a car, it's about 15minutes drive into nearest town llanes. Good food on the menu de dia.

O funcionário da recepção foi extremamente arrogante e desagradável. Não aceitou uma crítica, nem reconheceu a falha. Teceu comentários desnecessários. Não tem perfil para o lugar. A funcionária da cafeteria foi muito prestável, simpática e amorosa. O local é bom.

Un groupe de jeunes très bruyant nous a privés d'un dîner face à la mer. Nous nous sommes rabatus dans une autre salle très quelconque C'est dommage..

En general todo genial

Buenas vistas..personal muy atento.. aparcamiento genial y comida buena..el recepcionista espectacular..súper amable y atento..tuvo un detalle por ser el cumpleaños de mi marido..esas cosas no se olvidan
