The place was impeccable. We walked everywhere, it is safe, walking distance to restaurants, beaches, shops. We had a blast! great view, location. We loved it!

Excellent. Great location in a vibrant area, walk to Barceloneta beach and amazing museums, restaurants and bars. Only problem was the elevator only worked for me going up (not down) which meant getting my suitcase down from the top floor was a challenge. But ... She persisted and she could.

This apartment couldn’t be more perfect. They had everything we needed, and it was surrounded by all of the best shopping and dining. Would love to stay here again on our next visit.

Property was in a fantastic location. Was a small amount of night time noise but to be expected for the location. Property was clean and well furnished, the facilities and welcome pack were great. Stayed with two young kids and they loved it and was the ideal base to explore into Barcelona and towards the Beach. Having Born district on the door step was great for eating and ice cream treats. The staff could not have been more helpful even helping to carry bag to our rooms as well as coming to find me when I was on the wrong floor trying to get into the wrong apartment on arrival. Would highly recommend and would definitely use again in future.

Can get noisy at nite

Overall, good as the property is close to most attractions and shops and eateries. Commuting by bus or train is easy. It’s a walkable city. The property is plain and simple. Has narrow staircases though, going up/down with carry on or big luggage can be challenging but there is an elevator but just as narrow as the stairs. Kitchen equipped with necessities, washroom is small esp the shower section. Bedrooms are okay size.

The property is clean and located in the El Born district which is quite vibrant with plenty to do in the immediate area. The apartment (2 bed) was very small for a family of 4 and it is a walk to the subway.

Taxi drivers are puzzled to get you close as the streets at the apartment are too narrow - easy fix we discovered is use the Pla de Palau as your taxi and transportation hub. For beaches hail taxi at opposite side of Pla and for train station direction hail taxi at near side. Drivers are a bit fussy with this. This is a very good location for nearby shops and eatery choices. Familia Sagrada is walkable - but a stretch in the heat @ 2.3km. Beaches are closer - best choices are Mar Bella and Bogatell. Well maintained, clean and comfortable apartment. Management is located in same building and prompt to respond to your needs. Fabulous choice.

This apartment was perfect for our family of 3. Our 10 yr old had his own space and it was in such a beautiful part of El Born. We really couldn’t have been happier here! A couple downsides (as entitled American's so take it as you will…)… WiFi didn’t connect well in the common space and bathroom was very small (and we relatively small ppl).

Apartment is very well equipped. We were super impressed that there were even scissors and a lemon squeezer! Staff very helpful. The area is a little noisy at night but you are right in the middle of the Gothic quarter.

Spacious, clean, wonderful area. Only complaint is that’s the walls are thin and being in the middle of the Gothic quarter it’s quite loud

The whole stay was perfect. Location is ideal and the apartment was easily the most comfortable I've ever stayed in. Decent sized rooms with everything you'd need. Communication was brilliant from the first email to check in. Wouldn't consider staying anywhere else in future!

Great location and lovely apartment. We really enjoyed our stay.

I like the apartment. It was even better that I expected. Spacious, clean, and located at the great area. We walked to the beach about 15 min. The subway is very close. A lot of places to eat (La Luna is great restaurant), souvenir shops, supermarkets; Arco de Triunfo only 9 min walking. If you need to get to the airport, I would say you can risk it and take a train as they have recommend it, but only if you have a lot of time. I would take a bus next time. I like this place, the employees was very nice, I would stay here again.

The staff are very friendly and so helpful. On arrival, booking in was easy and all details about the unit were very clearly explained to us. They were also more than happy to book tours for us and gave of their time to provide clear directions. 5 stars for the staff.

The apartment was great and in an incredible location. One of the best neighborhoods in Barcelona with easy access to any part of the city. The only negative was work being done on the building during our stay and it could get quite noisy at times as sounds travels easily through the walls. But that is to be expected in a historic neighborhood like El Born with mostly older buildings. Overall we had a great stay and would recommend this apartment.

The location and services are good. I would like to stay again in the future.
