The reception staff were so friendly. Very fast check in process. Hotel was clean. Breakfast included was a plus. Indoor pool was a little cooler but nice and clean. Overall wonderful experience and would book again.

We stayed for 3 nights in this hotel and were very satisfied. The room was really very clean, although the room was not new, but the cleanliness was excellent. The staff was friendly and good-natured. The breakfast was ordinary, but there was everything you needed. The location is good. The air conditioner was old and did not cool the entire area. Unfortunately, parking was paid additionally. Thank you.

I appreciated how friendly the front staff was. They were very accommodating with my arrival. I was running on two hours of sleep and was delirious, they verified and explained everything about the property to me. They were very patient with me and my poor attitude. Cleaning staff did a wonderful job making up my room after a 13-hour event I attended. It felt amazing sleeping in a made-up bed and cool room after being on my feet all day! I highly recommend this hotel for extended stays as the provided dishes and dishrack came handy dozens of times! Thanks again for making my stay and first international trip memorable!!

Nice hotel close to lots of attractions and amenities. 7 min walk to two subway stations in either direction. We did have to wait almost half an hour for our room to be ready (as did several other guests), and the air conditioner in our room seemed to blow chunks of dirt out of it.

The front desk staff was very friendly and offered me a complimentary upgrade when I checked in. The suite was clean and very comfortable. The elevators are on the smaller side so during check-out you may have to wait a little. The parking garage is very small and tight to maneuver around in. If you drive anything larger than a car, you will not be able to fit but the front desk will confirm what you are driving beforehand since on-site parking is additional.

Helpful and friendly staff. Large apartment with comfy beds. However the breakfast area is very chaotic and there is a high risk of accidents occurring due to the condensed food/drink area and people walking around with boiling water balanced on dinner trays.

This property is older but well kept and clean. The staff were very good, friendly and helpful. Our conference was at the QE Fairmont, at double the room rate, a 14 minute walk on a safe and easy route. We were thrilled with our fully stocked kitchen - we bought groceries from Provigo, a short walk away, and cooked our own meals (another savings!). The hotel provided pots, pans, dishes, glassware, cutlery, utensils - literally everything we needed. Another bonus was the well stocked breakfast room. Lots of options including boiled eggs, meat and cheese, several varieties of bread and bagels, fruit, cereals, yogurt, coffee, tea and juice. This breakfast room is busy! It definitely added value. There was a nice big desk so I was able to set up my work station and easily work remotely. The hotel is located close to McGill campus and Mont-Royal so we got to walk around and see lots of neat things. We also walked to La Banquise from there one day, and to Old Port one day, and Notre Dame Basilica another day. Longer walks but enjoyable and worth it. Would absolutely recommend this property for someone looking for clean, safe, well located and well priced.

Great accommodations in Motreal

Good sized room, handy location, parling and good facilities. Enough vegetarian and vegan food for breakfast. The only issue was the very noisy air conditioner which made it hard to sleep.

Very smooth check-in (flight arrived super early in the am, and the registration clerk was kind enough to permit an early check in)…free breakfast was high quality with excellent, healthy choices (the food prep area was quite crammed with morning crowds, but a tolerable trade-off for complimentary)…location is top notch and in a quiet area (close to Rue de St Catherine’s and downtown shopping). Really great value…would definitely stay there again.

Really central location, great free breakfast, and a stunning penthouse pool with a patio that has an amazing view of the city. I would definitely stay here again!

Amazing location, quick check in (even an hour early, though that depends on availability), nice included breakfast. Room was pretty clean and huge (got a free upgrade) though the bathroom was a tad outdated. We walked everywhere from the hotel, we had no car so idk about the parking.
