The decor was unbelievable, Victorian

Although the property is old, but it has this unique retro like vibes. The food is good. The atmosphere is calm and relaxed. The staff is overwhelmingly nice.

The hotel is nice and comfortable with all the services you need on a business trip. The Wi-Fi is good and the staff are all very polite and helpful.

Nice hotel with good location. Staff were nice in front disk specially Mr Abdlaziz Altoyrki who was very helpful and understanding which made my stay very pleasant.

Very well-preserved classic/vintage hotel. Please don’t refurbish it to to the tasteless modern decor. Very comfy and homey. Rooms are spacious (we had 2 connecting rooms). I had some issues that need to be enhanced: central/reception don’t pick up calls at many times, the army of mosquitos in the outdoor cafe, TV needs an upgrade, and my A/C was stuck on one very cold temperature (informed them about it but nothing happened).

Best hotel in Taif . although it is but far from the city center . Old hotel but very well maintained.

The hotel is a very depressing and there is no coffee or food places.

Really friendly and the service is great. The beds are huge and very comfortable but the plumbing in some of the rooms is a little dodgy.

The hotel is on the main road on the outskirts of Taif on the way to the Airport. Very convenient.

I am surprised that this Intercon is not a wow hotel. 1) i was overcharged I booked for SR660 per night but ended up paying SR790 per night 2) wifi is weak in the 1st floor 3) buffet menu is the same everyday And the room service menu has not much to offer and slow 4) shower not working 5) pool is under maintenance 6) location is 15mins highway driving to the city center The good side is 1) staff are friendly 2) security is tight 3) hotel is clean 4) big parking place

Undergoing maintenance, which is fair enough. But the outside is a tip. Outside town, no taxis available, so only way to travel is with hotel limo costing 4x taxi.
