Overall the hotel is fair to good. The front desk staff's service needs to be improved. More specifically, they seem to be eager to help out the customers who are new in town.

This hotel is clean, full of amenities, conveniently located, and has a friendly staff. It's not far to the train station (it took about 10 minutes by bus and three minutes by cab) and only about a three minute walk to Old Town Sibiu. The rooms were clean and spacious. The breakfast buffet was excellent.

Air conditioning didn't work in the room, obscene in a giant glass hotel. Only way to even slightly cool the room was leaving the windows open, but it's overlooking Sibiu's main highway so noise throughout the night. Impossible to sleep. Room wasn't fit for purpose and should have been fully refunded, but the receptionist simply noted the issue and offered no further action.

Very nice apartment for a good price. I really enjoyed, was very clean. The hallways and eating area need some TLC and estethic updates.

Peeling paint around TV frame; shower tiles developing mold. Food and drinks were good. Service medium to good.

Ex-Ibis Hotel but modern & of good standard. My room was clean & comfortable. Front desk staff friendly & efficient. Central location, about 20 mins walk from the station. Not as good value as other hotels on our trip but perfectly acceptable place to stay.

Great place and in a good location, friendly staff and rooms are nice and clean.

Parking with pay. Walking distance to turist attractions. Pillows are awful small and uncomfortable, beds are hard, showers falling apart, elevators are filthy. No kettle or coffee in the rooms, AC not very strong.

The room smelled strongly at dissinfectant. The elevators were terrible as you needed to call each one of the elevators individually. In the morning it took us 20 min until we were able to get one. And on top of that the service at the restaurany was beyond terrible. Once we entered the restaurant we waited about 30 min until somebody noticed us. They left a menu for us and then dissapeared for another 15 min. We were able to order the drinks and the food. They bring wrong drink for my wife and the food for me. We waited 15 more minutes and when we saw that her food was not coming, we chased the waiter and asked what is happening. It turned out that they did not even put in the order and they wanted to take the order again. At that point my wife had enough and left the restaurant. On top of that, my choice of food was not good at all. The hotel looks old, feels old and the service at the restaurant was worst ever. Avoid this property if you don't want to riun your vacation
