Great motel with beautiful outdoor space

Clean, comfortable place and a solid stay overall. The location was convenient ... I was able to walk downtown easily, and the pool area was a nice touch with a really cute, relaxing vibe. The bathroom is a little dated, but everything was clean and in good working order. Overall, no real complaints. Good value, good location, and a pleasant stay.

Okay for the cheap rate….

This property was a very pleasant surprise. The room was spacious although a little sparse. The 3 beds were very comfortable and the kitchen had all the amenities we needed - including an apartment sized fridge/freezer - but could have had more than 1 pot. The front desk were very accommodating and pleasant to deal with.

We were on the front edge of the motel, but the street noise did not keep us awake at night. My husband and I ate 4 of our meals in our kitchen. We had everything that we needed to enjoy our meals. I am in a wheelchair so it was handy to be able to park at our door. If I need to return to Kelowna General Hospital for more testing or treatments, we are planning to bring our swim suits so we can try out the beautiful pool.

Our room was very clean, the staff were very friendly and helpful, and the location is great. A few minor issues though: rust on the drain in our bathtub, a used old sponge was supplied in our kitchenette, no face cloths provided in the bathroom, and unfortunately both the mattress & pillows were very firm.

Overall okay. Staff were pleasant. Stayed in 1 bedroom. Bed in main room is a murphy bed. Kitchen is the size of a closet and very tight for any food preparation. Blinds on windows are poor at blocking light and therefore needed to put blankets over. Shower head very low which made showering awkward for my taller daughter. Bedroom backed onto Gordon Dr. therefore lots of traffic noise for sleeping. Beds were comfortable and the location was great.

Great place, great location, great price.

It was clean and comfortable. Nice heated outdoor pool with cabanas and loungers. Beautiful outdoor space with BBQ and covered seating. Staff was very friendly.

The room wasn't as clean as it was the last time we stayed there. The outside door mat was very dirty. The air conditioning was very loud and there were only 2 bath towels in the room. I had asjed about using the pool, but was not offered any pool towels, so I thought they were in the pool area, but none there. We found the room very dark, except the bathroom light, which was great. My husband complained about a musty smell, although when we first arrived, it smelled good. The pool was clean and heated.

The room was clean but very unusually laid out. Had to go through the bedroom to get to the bathroom all the time. The fan in the bathroom went on every time you turned the light on and it was way too loud. There were no table lamps in the bedroom so you had to get up to turn out the light. We checked out just after 7:30 am and could not find anyone to let them know. We could not get into the ice room at that time either to get ice to travel home with so left our milk with another person we saw outside. It was conveniently located to stores but the stores closed at 9 pm.

Very clean and spacious room

We were very happy to find the Oasis Inn! The property was in pristine condition, the room was clean and the outdoor pool was a bonus. The staff was friendly and accommodating - we are looking forward to returning.

The motel was in a good location so I had an easy time getting to where I wanted to go. The light in the ceiling was pretty dim. It was hard to see anything with the blinds shut.

Front counter staff were friendly and accommodating. The courtyard was very well maintained and beautiful with all the colourful flowers.
