Television was very small and very outdated. Also there seemed to be Some problems with the elevators from time to time. Property had been updated some with fresh paint, etc, but televisions were probably 25 years old.. hard to see images

Some areas on the second floor hallway and in my room (209) were uneven and could be considered a fall hazard.

My room had ants in the bathroom. The toilet paper holder came off from the screw so I just put it in the counter. The light above the microwave and coffee bar did not come on, I wasn't sure where the switch was.

The guest service person at the front desk messed up my reservation and I had to pay again for a room that was already paid for.

Really sad that there was no included breakfast….wanted 10 bucks for a cold continental breakfast. We said “nope”!

Check in was quick and easy. The lobby was bright and inviting and the bed was comfy. Always good when the bed is comfortable.

We always enjoy staying at the Hilton Garden Inns. This particular trip gave us a few unexpected adventures. Twice we got stuck in one of the elevators, which I seriously hope they get fixed soon. Otherwise the majority of the staff were friendly and quite helpful . There was a young lady who was more focused on her phone than she was to anyone. The waitstaff were great, efficient and friendly. Once again on a Sunday morning there was a woman who was working as the waitstaff that was late to start and complained about everything. She was setting up all the fruit and muffin area and never put out any coffee until after 7:30 am. It opens at 7 am. We saw a lot of people leaving because they couldn’t even get a cup of coffee.

Very nice, clean place

The AC was a bit loud. Fan waa single speed and could possibly been quiter if it has slower speed.
