Friendly and helpful staffs. But the hotel is aged with lots of amenities outdated. The suite room is not well equipped and would not recommend for future guests.

Overall I would have given more stars but they “upgraded” me to a suite for being a vip hotels.com customer without telling me they were renovating much of the rest of the floor all week. So, I had a very strong paint and vinyl smell coming into my room some of the days that made me feel nauseous. I asked the front desk staff about it and rather than trying to understand they simply offered excuses. Sometimes as a customer all we need is to know they will try to help out in some way but I felt like I wasn’t taken seriously.

Hotel and suites so assume maybe some rooms, have microwave and refrigerator, but ours definitely did not. Not only did it not have coffee maker in room, there was no coffee available in the lobby and could only get coffee from hotel restaurant if it was open at extravagant price. Bathroom was small and had to close door to bathroom in order to open door to shower. This could be easily fixed with sliding door to get into bathroom itself. Location of hotel was very convenient and hotel staff was great. They went out of their way to warn us of the cost of the restaurant for breakfast. We would probably stay here again but there were significant deficiencies, especially the coffee situation

Excellent location close to Roma Norte & Zone Rosa, and short walking distance between 2 metro stations and the metro bus. Excellent cafes bars and restaurants close by. The room was quite large with comfortable beds, and the shower was great. Staff very nice. Will stay again on my next trip to Mexico City.

This hotel is a great value. It has some small issues but the rooms are very neat and clean, linens and towels are fresh. Friendly staff and adequate internet and a/c.

The hotel is good but it can be better

Hard to get any glasses for drinking hot tea. Not enough drinking water provided. No cream rinse. Not close to attractions.

I liked almost everything; the hotel is small but very cozy, and located not far from the city center, 5 minutes from the Independence Monument. Surprisingly, the cleaning was done every day, the breakfasts offered a wide variety of choices, and the staff were very friendly.

Location was good.

What we like: - The location of the hotel. Within walking distance from a good number of restaurant, shopping, and attractions. - The room was old, but well maintained and clean. - The bed and pillows were comfortable. - Good water pressure on the shower. What we did not like: - Service. There were three of us in the room, but there were only 2 towels in the room. We asked for a third, and was given one, but once we had our room cleaned, the 3 towels were taken and replaced by only 2 clean towels. When our room was cleaned, the attendant left a half-full toilet paper roll, so we ended up looking for an attendant the next morning to ask for a new toilet paper. The TV remote battery went dead. So I went down to the front desk and asked the attendant there to open the battery case on the remote and I will replace the battery myself. I was told that he will send someone to my room to change the battery. It was midnight, and my wife was already sleeping. I told the attendant that I will change it myself, just open the remote casing. The attendant said he can't do it. Overall, it was a good stay.
