Rooms are clean and quiet. Not bad for the price

The hotel room was in bad conditions, dirty, torn and shabby carpets etc etc

The property was nice and clean but for the 2 weeks that I was there the pool was not operating at full capacity

This hotel is affordable and close to many restaurants.

I like that each room has its own parking underneath the room. I like that it feels like each room has a sense of privacy that is greater than other hotels. I like the feeling of seclusion at the hotel once inside. The staff is very friendly. It would be nice if they upgraded some of the toiletries and towels.

Old hotel that needed remodeling in 1990. The staff were nice and good, but there's only so much one can overlook. I stayed in the main hotel building and the rooms and common area needs a good scrubbing. i can't speak for the outside rooms. Bugs, and just plain worn out everything out cause me to not go back. Dining room was fine, and staff and food there were good too. i wouldn't let my Mother stay here.

If you are traveling with kids and do not have a lot ot spend, this hotel is perfect. Beware of the the 'free' buffet. It is only free for adults and the children's price may suit people with older kids who eat a lot, but not smaller ones. Order off the menu. Bring your own bathtub stopper if you plan to use the tub, they do not provide them. The pool is great with lots of shallow areas for the small people. The price was right for this no frills hotel. The rooms were quiet and clean.

We experienced a problem with the magnetic key and could not use it until the lock was fixed a few hours later. Also had a problem accessing the internet until I was told that the password given was abbreviated, something that should have been pointed out. Actually, it is not very logical to use an abbreviation on a password (the instructions indicated VD Veracruz instead of the actual password Villas Dali Veracruz). Otherwise, everything else was fine and everyone was very helpful.

Good trip, good hotel

En área de las villas, el estacionamiento brinda sombra para el auto lo cual es ideal para cuidar la pintura y los interiores del auto. En el área de la torre (habitación básica) el estacionamiento es al aire libre con sol. Con respecto al aire acondicionado: hubo apagón en la cuadra dobde se ubica el hotel, entró en función la planta de luz de emergencia; sin embargo, no soporta los aires acondicionados. Por ende, fueron 3 horas de calor y sudoración, el encargado del hotel no resolvió nada, ni siquiera proporcionó nada que ayudara. Sólo se limitó a decir: "el gerente ya está enterado". Penoso asunto. Pagas $ 1700.00 M. N., por noche y no te ofrecen ninguna ayuda cuando se les va la energía eléctrica.

buena ubicacion, buena apariencia, buen servicio, buen atencion, ya requiere un poco de mantenimiento o renovacion algunas areas , pero en general buena experiancia, con gusto regreso, gracias

La habitación en malas condiciones

El baño se estanca el agua al bañarte, ya van dos veces que me hospedo en dos habitaciones y pasa lo mismo. Pague 1100 y me facturaron 600 y el argumento es que solo facturan lo que expedía les paga, EN OTROS HOTELES ME FACTURAN LO QUE YO PAGO. El mesero del restaurante de la tarde muy amable

El estacionamiento está perfecto, pantalla y aire acondicionado en buen estado muy limpio todo

Le hace falta mantenimiento al hotel, el primer día no tuvimos servicio de alberca y necesitan mejores aires acondicionados que den abasto a la habitación, de ahí en fuera todo bien.

Sale agua sucia al abrió regadera y te cobran 200 extra por sábanas sucias me dijeron. Mala experiencia

Todo bien a excepcion del servicio de recepcion en horario diurno, consideraria que la tv se empotrara porque la tienen sobre una cajonera y deja de ser funcional. Y si no es mucho pedir unas bases para las maletas seria excelente.
