Building is starting to show its age. Faded exterior paint few cracks in areas.

Large rooms and comfortable beds

Comfortable unit and great view. We enjoyed our 2 days getting to know the area. Enjoyed sitting on the balcony and stayed dry even when it was raining. Restaurant was good. So was the pool after it cleared out.

Great location and all is good, a bit pricy.

We had a great mid week stay. The pool, pool-side lounge and steam room facilities were our particular favourites! Our room had views of the ocean and a spa tub which were added bonuses!

Great view as hotel is at top of town. Easy walk to town centre and foreshore/marina. Easy parking & right next door to bowling club for nice meals & drinks.

Smelly, moist, clean up could be much better, bad placement of the outside part of the AC - warm air is blown directly in front of the balcony door.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Room was well appointed and spotlessly clean. The room was on the 1st floor and we had a view over the pool to the bay beyond. Room was spacious with a balcony. Kitchenette was well appointed with enough equipment to cook a decent meal. Very pleased with our stay at The Landmark.

Ocean view was beautiful, room was good but the provision for bath towel and toilet paper would have been much better if it was supplied for every day rather than just for day one .
