Superb Hotel, really clean and brilliant breakfast, so much choice. Rooftop bar has excellent views over the harbour, was happy hour all month so 2 for 1 on drinks made it special. Indoor gym and pool available as well as outdoor pool at Auqaluna over the road. Great location on the front.

We stayed here for 3 nights and really enjoyed our stay at The Waterfront. The hotel itself is clean, modern and has good facilities. There is an inside pool, jacuzzi and gym on the 10th floor as well as rooftop bar and an outside terrace which opens in the summer months. I have to say what makes it special is the staff that work here, they go out of their way to make you feel valued and welcome. Breakfast was great, with a huge choice of hot and cold options available. Special mention to Olena at breakfast who always made a point of saying hello and asking how we were getting on during our stay. It was my 50th birthday celebrations and they allocated us a nicer room and had decorated it before our arrival. The other added bonus is access to the Aqua Luna outside pool over the road. This is also a nice place to relax and chill which charges non Waterfront guests 30 euros per day to use, so it’s a useful perk to staying here. I highly recommend staying here it really is a superb place to stay.

We changed hotels at the last minute and we are so glad we did. The hotel was spotless and the building was highly maintained, the staff were amazing, friendly, and very welcoming. We have stayed in many countries this was the best breakfast by far, fresh coffee, iced coffee or other hot beverages of your choice made fresh just for you no old fashioned coffee pots, the breakfast choice had a choice to suit everybody, "The Waterfront" is "on point"when it comes to expectations of hotels in 2026, if I had to pick a fault like most hotel gyms it is ok but if I was that desperate to run I had miles of coast to run around. We will be back and we know where we will be staying thanks to all the smiling staff that made our stay fabulous Dave and Lisa England x

Great location, loverly room with sea view with tea/coffee facilities, small fridge and free to use safe. Excellent breakfast, outdoor pool located across the road.

Staff really friendly. Stored our luggage and gave complimentary drink on arrival. Gave advice and shared useful information. Room clean and tidy. Rooftop bar lovely and spa facilities were good. Highly recommend.

Great breakfast selection, Rooftop on 12th floor is nice, so the10th floor too. Nice pleasent.

This is a 4 star hotel with 5 star management and staff. All team members go out of their way to provide amazing service and managemnt are visable to ensure things go smoothly. Great sized, functional rooms, amazing breakfast, great rooptop bar with fab drink deals and free access to Acqualuna pool / sun terrace across road. Highly recommended!

Wonderful hotel with fantastic staff in a great location.

The rooms are very clean and have lovely views. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The hotel is ideally situated in the heart of Sliema

We had a great stay. There were a couple of hiccups from the hotel but they put both situations right and quickly - that shows great customer service.

Overall it’s a lovely hotel, clean, pool area is great, bedding is good quality, breakfast is excellent. My only problem on check in was I was given a room on floor 3 which is the restaurant in the evening and breakfast in the morning. The whole floor stank of food. The room was also opposite the lifts which added noise to the experience. I was moved, but just make sure you don’t accept a room on floor 3. My review would be very different if I’d not been moved

"I had a fantastic stay at the Waterfront Hotel. The highlight was definitely the balcony view of the Valletta skyline—it’s even better in person. The hotel is perfectly situated right on the promenade, making it easy to catch the ferry or explore Sliema’s shops and cafes. The room was clean, modern, and very comfortable. I’ll definitely be back!"

Very large room and sea view, staff were very helpful, I did not use the pool on this stay, there are lots of local shops and food outlets

Excellent hotel with attentive staff. My room was by far the biggest I have stayed in. The bed was huge and very comfortable. Cleanliness was very good and I never heard any outside noise, so we'll insulated. I cannot fault this wonderful place.

Our room was always well cleaned and made up. And our room being decorated for my birthday made it extra special.
