Hotel was overall good but not the best. Lift was very slow and had to wait for a while during morning hours. Room was good but floor mat needs to be looked it was dirty, washroom tub drain lock was loose, was not working properly, then I had to hold with temporary stopper, tub corner were dirty could have been cleaned better.

Really great and modern and affordable. They gave us dog treats on arrival and that was great. Shower was a little outdated and not super nice but otherwise amazing stay!

We only stayed for one night and loved the size of the room (lots of space for a family of 4) and the water slide for our young children. Our room, however, could have been cleaner. The pull out couch had dirty sheets on it that I had to change myself and when I wiped up the floor after my children had eaten the cloth was very dark/dirty meaning it hadn’t properly been cleaned in a while. Overall it was a good stay but they could improve the cleanliness.

The hotel is modern, well kept, clean, comfortable beds, really enjoyed our stay. The breakfast was good witb lots of options, but one thing we didn't enjoy was the breakfast sausage, seemed to be of inferior quality compared to others. That's my main reason for 4 out of 5 stars.

This was my first stay at Comfort Suites at Kelowna. Was impressed with the staff and cleanliness of the hotel. Breakfast was also sufficient for most people's need as observed and staff constantly clearing garbage. Rooms were execellent and clean. Due to the hot weather ice was at a premium with lobby machine broken and third floor machine also not working the first day. Eventually we managed to get ice . Overall a very pleasant stay and to be recommended

This is an amazing place for a family stay. The accommodations are immaculate, the staff is friendly, and the breakfasts are both delicious. Additionally, the location is outstanding. I highly recommend it. If you prefer not to drive, you can catch a local bus next to the hotel for just $3, which will take you directly to the city center and the beach.

Kids loved the waterslide and pool. Breakfast was good. Room was modern

The room was clean and cozy! Loved that we had a small couch space. Really enjoyed the a/c it definitely helps beat the heat when you needed a break from being out and exploring! The location was very convenient for what we needed and was short drive to the west Kelowna wineries! The shower could use little upgrade as the water doesn’t fully go through the shower head. However we still fully enjoyed the breakfast and our stay it was the perfect place to have a girls weekend!

Good breakfast, nice pool and hot tub. It was a good deal.

Beds were comfy. Shower was spacious. Breakfast wasnt anything special, usual continental with scrambled eggs, sausage links and waffle makers. English muffins, yogurt, oatmeal, etc. Coffee was good also 👍

Breakfast okay. Staying for multiple Days and having limited options that were the exact same became a little repetitive. Served its purpose but nice to have variety or change up Menu for price being paid. Our room had sticky residue all Over the desk when we checked in and the room looked like it hadn’t been vacuumed or swept prior to our arrival. The flooring in our room was damaged and the carpet frayed for being a newer hotel. Couldn’t use the hide a bed because it was too uncomfortable (even for a light 9 year old). The television colour wasn’t great. Seemed very grainy and washed out. Pool seemed dirty (cloudy water)…it was in very high use as we were there during what seems to be at same time as multiple girls baseball/softball teams and boys teams staying there. Girls team was running up and down halls having nerf dart game leaving foam darts all Over the hallway where they shot them. Okay hotel overall. Beds comfy, size room. Great, good location, Not worth the premium price/not greatest value.

Our Supervisor stayed here for the provincial event they attended and they said everything was great, no complaints.

2-day stay: Our 2 queen bed was in two separate rooms and actually had a king on the other room. There was also a sofa bed, so very spacious and clean. Each room with a TV. Free breakfast is always a bonus and lots of choices. Didn’t find time to check the waterslide, hot tub & pool. Too tired. Highly recommended.

No outdoor pool. Parking very limited. Free breakfast just ok
