The place is old. It needs maintenance. Breakfast was a bit scary. Signs were posted for a hot tub, but may have been filled in. I suggest checking the reviews on several sites before booking. I didn't.

Easy on/off to I44, but you get noise from road traffic. Good size pool, good landscaping, convenient parking, comfortable bed & pillows, great biscuits.

We had trouble checking in. They made us pay when we had paid in advance. Then refunded the wrong person. The manager told us we would have to pay each other to resolve. Just messy. The rooms had bugs flying out of the drains and a sewer smell was in two bathrooms. Beds were very hard. For $75 I would still expect no bugs. Other than the initial check in issue the staff was very nice.

Good value hotel, tucked near I44 but still quiet. Family run with attention to details and friendly staff. Very clean and quiet, comfortable bed. Swimming pool clean and inviting, nice work out center. My king suite had a lovely whirlpool bath, much appreciated aftervhours on the road. Good breakfast area. Great value for the cost!

Great for a nights rest while traveling.

Just a quick o er night stay on the way to where we were headed. But it was nice and clean. No smoking and no bad smells! & the lady that worked the front seat was very friendly. 10/10 will stay here again.

A standard budget hotel for the area. Close to the highway, but the rooms on the opposite side are quiet enough. Staff are vey friendly and helpful. Breakfast is standard fare for this type of motel.

The room is clean, fairly well maintained and quiet. It's a good value for the money. It easy to access from I-44. There is a McDonald's right next door.
