Staff were welcoming and helpful. The room was clean. A good shower and bath. A safe, tea, coffee and biscuits, 2 hairdryers. Swimming pool, sauna, steam room, jacuzzi, and out door heated jacuzzi, gym was free. Gardens , beautiful. I had a spa treatment and after the treatment I went into a resting room and they gave me a drink and fruit and sorbie

Staff were so friendly and attentive

First room we were put into (316) was quite loud with some kind of pump or fan running, probably from the leisure centre or ballroom below. Thankfully, the staff were quick to set us up in a new room (506) which was very quiet and comfortable. The access to the pool and gym and hot tubs was lovely but the meal in the pub was pretty ordinary. Overall though, we enjoyed our stay and would likely return.
