The service was very impressive. The breakfast was very delicious.

I am impressed with this place. I have been there twice. It is convenient, dogs are allowed to stay, the room is very beautiful, the food is varied, and the restaurant is beautiful.

Pet friendly hotel, staffs are very nice and friendly with my dogs as well. Location for walking pet quite limited but best location for us close to central plaza and other shopping area. Highly recommended

Old but inside the room still looks clean, soft bed, good view, high floor, next to Central, can always walk

Good hotel, convenient transportation, next to the central. And very impressive is that August 27 is the birthday of my girlfriend. All staff service Help surprise Thank you for delicious cakes from the hotel. Thank you to the manager for being complimentary.

Good service but the air conditioner is very cold. Can't reduce the temperature at all

For work and rest, it was a perfect place.

Everything is great Convenient travel

Shower. 1) The water heater equipment used is not “user friendly”. Children or adults who is not familiar may be burnt by hot water. 2) Shower head holder can drop off easily and may hit on our feet. 3) Hotel room “old” . Bed mattress is bad for a 5*. 4) Breakfast is not good for a 5*. Cook can’t cope up to serve eggs meals. It’s a joke. Comparison: between Centara & other hotel (3.5*) in Udon Thani. Other hotel offer better services and cheaper. I will not recommend to stay in Centara because of the danger of being burnt. For clarification; Room 415 from 30/12/19 to 1/1/2020.
