This is a budget hotel and as such good, service, and cleanliness are so-so. Staff is friendly.

A fantastic place to stay. The use of the spa facilities whilst staying is a bonus. Close to transportation or walking to places. Great staff. Excellent food.

We like to stay at the hotel close to the Water Park, shopping mall and wonderful breakfast. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Thank you.

Great service, great location to mall/movies/grocery store…all walkable and water park is next door. Small room. Bed isn’t very comfortable but it was for 2 nights. A lot of parking is available and easy to navigate to Old Town by car. We enjoyed staying away from the busy center of Krakowz. Its also dog friendly which was very important to us. We would stay here again. It was very convenient.

Price for you get

The suites are a very good size. However, there is no dining table even though there is plenty of space. Also one curtain was missing from the windows.

Clean and convinient place to stay in Krakow. Parking availible. Space in room was enormous.

Unfortunately, there was an additional fee for the pool and use of the beach. PLN 48 per person for 2.5 hours of the aquapark and PLN 15 for the beach for the whole day. Od I had known about the extra charges, I would have chosen a different hotel. No extra bed for a child. No towel or pillow for a child. Breakfast very good.

Good location, no far away from city center/old town and train station.

All was ok, spacious room, delicious breakfast, comfortable bed, kindly staff...

It was unusual that picture in your site are misleading. The pool is not in the hotel itself BUT included among the hotel PICS. This is unfair. You have to walk there and pay separately. The hotel is 20 minutes drive by bus from City Center and the pool was the reason I booked it.
