After they're remodel rooms are clean and fresh. Blackout curtains are wonderful.

Real nice and clean

Everything about the hotel was wonderful from our greeting at the front desk, to the cleanliness of the room and the comfort of the beds, the location of the hotel - bonus points for being next to an emergency call center :). We were greeted with a smile and a friendly attitude the moment we walked in. Given our key and the hotel information -wifi and whatnot. Went to our room and it was comfortable and clean. The first thing we noticed was that the pillow cases had 'hard' or 'soft' written on them, which I think is awesome! took the guesswork out of which one I would use to sleep on. The hotel is across the street from a small shopping center, there are plenty of eating options nearby and it is very close to Mayberry. The second night our key didn't work when we came back, so I went down to the desk. The lady was checking someone in who wasn't completely ready and when she saw me she asked me what I needed and immediately gave me a new key after verifying my information - which I honestly don't remember any other hotel doing when I needed a new key. It was a lovely place to stay and I will definitely stay there again the next time I visit Mayberry.

Everything was perfect

It was awful we was lied to about the swimming pool that's the whole reason for us staying so our son can swim we was told it would be open the first day then the second day we was told we get a room it would be open and neither day did he get you swim false advertisement

Had a decent free breakfast. Have suites for a family stay

The staff was very friendly check in went well except for being informed that the elevator closed at 11pm. With no explaination. Until asked again. Construction which was not disclosed up front. We had a fully accessible room which did not have a shower chair or bench.so not accessible with no accommodation offered.When i asked they said they did not provide shower chairs. Also asked for a late check out but they had no availability for that. Front desk was very knowledgeable about restaurant choices. The construction was off putting. Our room was comfortable though the floor in my side of the bed was springy and creaky. The lack of accommodations for the problems was my only real concern. Otherwise an ok stay. Should not have a 9.0 rating
