Overall good! Near jr stastion hamamtucho, near tokyo tower

Nearby hamamatsu station and some restaurants with easy access, feel enjoy.

The room is compact and clean. The Staff is nice, the check in process is fast. Quite far from crowd, a quiet place. Like it. Thanks.

The location is a bit far from the Hamamatsucho station, the exit is a long staircase, without an escalator so if you bring a large suitcase it will be an obstacle, so far the hotel is ok

Walking distance from Hamamatsucho MRT station. Clean. Polite and helpful staff.

The room and bathroom are spacious enough, clean, only toiletries (toothbrush, comb) and drinking (tea, sugar) are incomplete, the heating is not functioning so the room temperature is cold in cold outside conditions in January.

It was a very good hotel. The rooms were very clean and they gave us complete amenities and even could take it as many as we want. They gave us rooms next to my family. Even have refrigerator and iron. The breakfast is enough for us to have in the morning (choices of salad, bread, croissant, omelette, sausage, two kind of soup, yogurt, milk, cereal). And it's close to familymart, bus station and train station. I left my necklace on the table in room 1009, i can't find your email, my family who live in Japan will call the hotel today to arrange how can she get the necklace. Great stay. I would to say thank you for all the staff at the hotel. Thanks for your great service and we really enjoy our stay there. Transportation is very easy, near to the metro station, Daimon Station and train bus station which is Hamamatsucho Station. Hotel is clean and nice. Highly recommended to stay at Villa Fontaine Hamamatsucho.
