Air conditioner did not work for 2 days, and we were facing the afternoon sun. The front office was useless when we went to them for help. The elevator was also down for a time. Thankfully, Mark the maintenance person, was very helpful and professional.
Also, although my agency is paying them for my stay, thet are still charging my card for the whole stay, and won't release the funds????
The breakfast is OK for a 1 or 2 night stay. But it is the same thing every day, and we've been here 2 weeks.
