This is the first time I have traveled to Hue and encountered a flood, I was very confused and worried. Indeed, the people of Hue are very friendly and simple, especially the hotel receptionists who helped us, the tourists staying at the hotel, escape the flooded area and prepared food, water, raincoats, and called a boat to take the guests to the most convenient place to catch a car to the airport in time for the flight. If I have the chance, I will still come back to Hue - I love you guys.

Good value for money, the day I stayed there was a power outage for a while

The staff was very enthusiastic. I checked out early and left my suitcase one day. They were very enthusiastic. The central location is very close to the Imperial City, An Dinh Palace, and dining areas. I will come back next time.

Friendly staff, enthusiastic support

I had a pretty good experience here. The staff was enthusiastic and pleasant when I asked to change rooms 3 times and asked for a desk and chair. The location is convenient, right in the city center, very close to the Western street and opposite there is a convenient supermarket. The minus point here is that there is a bar nearby so it will be noisy for those who like quiet + when I arrived, the hotel was under repair so it will be noisy during the day (I brought headphones so it was okay, the noise did not affect me much kkk). The overall experience was great with an ok price, also suitable for those who stay for a long time, I will come back here soon

The room is a bit small, but the price is reasonable. If you don't have much demand, it's fine. Suitable for solo travelers or student groups.

The hotel is old and small unlike the pic. It is hard to lock the door room so I feel unsafe when i leave. The light in the elevator is broken and its door is like slow motion every time closing and opening.

Booked a double room but was given a room with 2 single beds. The photo shows a projector but there isn't one. The basic thing is that there are no towels either.

The picture is completely different from the real thing, the room is ugly, dirty, smelly, really disgusting, had to check out right after checking in, accepted losing money but didn't dare stay overnight here.

The hotel is a bit old and small, I'm afraid of cockroaches and every day when I open the room door 2 days, I'm greeted by a huge cockroach, so scary huhu. The biggest minus point is that the room is not soundproof, very poor soundproofing. Otherwise, the staff is very friendly, service is ok!

The hotel price is ok for a family of 3-4 people, however the hotel exterior is not very nice, the room is not very soundproof even though the restaurant is opposite a few bars so it is a bit noisy

The room is very nice, near the walking street, so it's convenient to go anywhere. There's a pub near the hotel where you can listen to music and have fun, but some reviews say it's noisy =))))

My family stayed one night here. The location is convenient and accessible. However, I was disappointed about quality of services and facilities. The hotel was old, smell of old building. The hallway was smell of cigarets. The staircases were clustered. The size of the family room is not accurate as stated. The AC was broken, we had to re-room. When we got another room, the door handle of balcony was broken, the jaw of bedside cupboard couldn’t close. The soundproof was poor. My parents couldn’t sleep at night due to loud sound of the club across the street. When I reported to the staff that our room didn’t have hair dryer and would like to borrow a hair dryer. The staff insisted wanting to check entire room, turning on the light regardless I stated that my parents had been already sleeping. I believed room check was not necessary, the staff member should be considerable to convenience and comfort of clients. The hotel should consider air quality of the hotel such as cleaning carpets, no smoking in hallways, removing all clusters etc. as well as improving customer services.
