Très bel hôtel avec une vie magnifique depuis le balcon de la chambre, petit déjeuner copieux (buffet à volonté). Je recommande cet hôtel

The hotel is located just outside Propriano, on the main road entering the city. The common area looks great but the rooms are on the small side with no air conditioning. Although air conditioning at this time of the year was not needed, unfortunately we could not keep the patio doors open because anyone could enter the room during our sleep. The shower is an afterthought. It is soooo small that only a tiny person can shower in it. The big plus us that the hotel is 3 minutes drive from Propriano centre Ville. Overall, for 2 nights it was fine, but no more than that.

Perfect location on a private beach, with stunning view from some of the rooms and from the communal areas but also close enough to town to be able to walk. Nice bar and restaurant right on the sea. Really friendly staff who recommended great places for food and other activities.

En rapport qualité / prix c'est très bien. Le petit dejeuner, bien qu'agréablement proposé est decevant en particulier le café Le restaurant attenat sur la plage " la pailllote" par contre est d'un excellent niveau.

Chambre vieillotte literie à revoir lit 140 trop petit et peu confortable. Douche exiguë. On entendait les écoulements des eaux des étages supérieurs. Pas de mini bar. Petit déjeuner correct. Bon emplacement. Plage de l'hôtel appréciable.

Situation de l'hôtel exceptionnelle avec sa plage privée, mais un hôtel vieillot et qui sent l'humidité. Très bon petit déjeuner.

When we booked for a night we were conscious that the hotel is a relatively no frills place (a bit dilapidated, simple furniture, but clean) and expected no luxury. What we also not expected in our room was a continuous very noisy sound of water streaming through pipes (a problem with the airco piping ? a lack of noise insulation between the room and an adjacent technical facility ?). We made a voice recording of the noise and asked reception whether they could explain this noise and perhaps make it go away or offer an alternative room. Our request fell on a cold stone, and we were told by the lady at reception that somebody may come and have a look later that day, but that in any event they could not do anything because the owners of the hotel were abroad (sic). Since the hotel could not remedy the noise issue or offer an alternative room, we decided not to stay and asked for a refund (the room was prepaid through Expedia) which was flatly refused. There was no intention to accommodate us in any way. We had the luck to find a nice alternative hotel just around the corner.

Ikke helt nytt, men bra vedlikehold. Inkludert frokostbuffet. Utrolig utsikt fra øvre etasjer mot sjøen. Privat badestrand med trappeankomst, krystallklart vann og en liten restaurant. 15 minutters gangavstand til Propriano port med flere spisesteder. Gratis parkering ved hotellet. Hyggelig service.

Excellent hôtel familial Rien à redire hormis la taille de la douche trop petite 80*80 n’est plus d’actualité surtout pour une personne forte

Très bon séjour à l'hôtel Roc et Mare super accueil chambre avec du balcon une vue magnifique sur la mer nous avons soupé à la paillote de l'hôtel très bon repas personnel agréable et le petit déjeuner au top .Tout était parfait 👍

Propre et calme. Parking proche. Petit déjeuner très moyen par contre … Mal approvisionné, viennoiseries pires qu’au supermarché Même pas de pain complet qu’on arrivait à trouver dans le fond du Costa Rica

C'est devenu notre hôtel préféré.
