The hotel was pretty and the pool was wonderful but it felt like they were trying to make money off of us at every turn. For example, the hotel sent many emails telling us about the complimentary summer pass, they gave it to us on arrival with a glass of wine, then surprised us with a huge fee as we were checking out. They charged for the fusball table in the game room, and other tiny things that most hotels would give for free. The tea box in the room even had a note saying "don't ask us for more sugar or tea. You can buy more in our shop downstairs". The front desk staff was very friendly, but the restaurant staff was pretty rude (one person acted exasperated when we wanted to add a tip because it was after they printed the reciept). I was very much looking forward to our stay and was disappointed with our experience.

We stayed two nights on a long weekend, family ski trip. This is one of my favorite resorts we have ever stayed! Highlights were the amazing food (get half board), the pool and sauna area, relaxing atmosphere, kids game room and all of the fun activities the segl family had planned. The ski bus stop is literally right outside the door of the hotel and takes you right to Zell am see areit express.

No indoor/designated parking for guest staying for more than 5 days. There’s a damp smell in the bathroom. Staffs are friendly and helpful. Great location.

From the very first Gruss Gott to the last aufwiedersehen our guest experience at Alpenblick was fantastic. We loved the lobby, the great Spa area with the indoor outdoor pool. The staff was also very attentive friendly and warm. Danke Schön Alpenblick ❤️❤️

Lovely Hotel family run as many Austrian Hotels are. Excellent facilities and plenty of complimentary activities - guide to assist for hiking trips The Zell Am See/ Kaprun Summer card which was issued on a complimentary basis is well worth using for free entry to a number of attractions and reduced bus fare on the Post Bus. Short walk to the Lakeside and wonderful views.

We had an amazing stay at Sportresort Alpenblick with our two kids. We had included breakfast and dinner and the meals were delicious and the staff second to none. The hotel is a little outside Zell am See, but it is an easy walk to the center of town and alternatively there is a free bus directly in front of the hotel. We will definitely come back and recommend others as well.

Hôtel fantastique, déco soignée, petit-déjeuner très varié où chacun y trouve son compte, personnel extrêmement serviable et souriant, nombreuses petites attentions, activités pour tous et à différents horaires. Un grand bravo et merci à Sylvia du club enfant ! Il manque peut-être une aire de jeu extérieure pour les enfants (toboggans, murs d'escalade, ...).

Klasse Hotel,prima Service, Zimmer groß und gemütlich, alles sehr sauber, Halbpension lässt keine Wünsche offen. Schöne Anlage mit Sauna und Aussenpool sowie Terrasse und Badeteich. Getränke sind nicht in der HP enthalten und leider recht teuer.

Sehr modern, 1A Frühstück. Prima für Kinder, sehr gutes Personal.

Frühstück war enteuspchend (Käse mit trockenen Rand ) Kaffee vom Automaten schmeckte säuerlich der Angebotene Filterkaffee war kalt und dünn usw.. Positiv war die Obst / Gemüse presse

Einfach in die Jahre gekommen! Bademäntel und Spabereich abgenutzt. Zimmer war schön. Essen Standart. Junior Chefin sehr nett!
