Perfect for a short quiet trip. The hotel is placed in a quiet area. There are some good restaurants at walking distance. Pinto is quiet and calm. SO if this is what you are looking for, go for it! Overall the staff was helpful, polite and courteous! The room was clean, the hotel has a bar and restaurant (I didn't try it, but it was always busy, so it must be good). Good breakfast choices. Overall I had a good stay there.

Property and staff were good, WiFi service stopped working on my floor after first night, reported to staff multiple time and told it will repaired the next morning. We had multiple rooms booked, some fridges worked and some didn’t. When asked about the fridge we received different answer from staff members. We don’t have fridges in rooms, they haven’t worked for ages.

The property is a bit far from tourist area.

Hotel was in good condition and minutes away from our destination (Warner Park). Restaurant was closed because it was August. Beds were confortable, staff friendly and willing to accommodate. Only negative is the lack of pool. Found easy parking (free) in the street

Lovely, clean comfortable hotel within walking distance of lovely town centre. Easy train journey into Madrid centre if you prefer something a bit more laid back and quieter!

Convenient position, secure underground car park. Clean and comfortable room with great shower. Breakfast was disappointing- told it started at 8am at 8.30 staff were still putting things out. We were looking for an early start so bit of a let down, quality of breakfast was not great either. Bonus we found a fantastic local restaurant.

I have used this hotel 8 times in the last 4 years and have never been disappointed. Staff are always helpful and cheery and most speak english. Rooms are airy and spacious. Las Artes is just off the motorway and hence an ideal overnight stop on your way to/from the sunny Costa del Sol. Also handy for visiting Madrid. The restaurant is very good and inexpensive.

a very convenient stop-over travelling north/south through Madrid. This is a very comfortable hotel and restaurant which will not break the bank.

I stayed for two nights for a business trip. The hotel is located in an industrial part near pinto and easy to reach by taxi from the airport (25 min). The room was ok, a little small. The breakfast was tasty, fresh fruits and good coffee. The staff was very friendly and quick. All in all sufficient for my purpose of a business trip.

Basic, clean, cheap

Hotel staff were friendly, room was good size and comfortable, there was a wedding in the hotel on the night that we stayed and the music was excessively loud, the volume was reduced at approximately 2.30.am and turned off sometime after 3am. Would not recommend staying on a Saturday night if there is a wedding parry

This hotel is perfect if you are en route. Very clean and relax atmosphere. Don't expect anything from the surroundings of the hotel though.
