Very good breakfast, staff is wonderful polite willing to help, love this hotel

The hotel is located in the heart of the old town, walking distance to most of good attractions in Cluj. Breakfast was decent, but seen much better! The staff are super nice, all of them speaks and treat with respect. The facility is clearly old, slow elevators, etc. The other issue is that during the booking their preferred currency is Euro, at the check-in time they will charge you with RON with a very bad FX rate. If I visit Cluj again 100% I'll stay there, but I'll take the stay cost in cash and avoid the bad FX transaction!

Not so clean, towels not changed

I was pleasantly surprised. The hotel was clean, everyone was nice and pleasant. The breakfast was good, with many options, and the food seemed very fresh. The restaurant was clean, and the low calm music provided a relaxing environment.

Not a 5 star hotel - TV wasn’t even a smart tv. Looked tired, is in need of desperate re-decor

Right on the edge of old town

I was greeted with a warm and friendly front desk! They were accommodating, cordial, and kind. The room was quiet and comforting. I showed up during the rain and left with the sun shining brightly all over Cluj-Napoca!

My family stayed here and found the experience overall very good and reported no problems or concerns. We would like to choose this hotel again for our next visit.

Nice amenities and nice staff

In a great location with easy access to a great variety of restaurants and bars. A short walk to the city park.

Clean, pleasant staff greeting, howver, location was disappointing as view is all construction and tucked behind from the main city center. Walking distance though to shops and food. I was also disappointed I didn’t get offered a cookie upon check-in. They said I could purchase it. All in all, hotel is good.

Great hotel. We stay there every time we visit family in Cluj.

I was looking forward to our stay at this hotel. However, the hotel seems tired and in dire need of a refresh. The bathroom in my room was not in good shape. While the shower was ok, the shower cabin had serious signs of wear and tear. And the sink pedestal was in very bad shape.. I would not recommend this hotel, especially at this price point.

We had an excellent time in Cluj! The hotel is superb! I highly recommend
