Our flight was delayed and there was also heavy snow which meant we would arrive much later than anticipated. The staff were lovely and very understanding - cancelling our restaurant booking and sending details on how we could check in if we arrived very late. Convenient electric car charging straight across the road. The only thing we didn’t manage to sort out was access to the WiFi but that wasn’t an issue for us as we were there such a short time. Be aware - there is parking on site but there is an additional charge for this paid for using the QR code in the Reception area.

A lovely hotel that is very convenient for the Anders Zorn museum

Bra, trevlig personal för det mesta och god mat. Spa:et var en liten besvikelse, litet och med massa folk. Ångbastun var trasig/avstängd.

Very basic room. Uncomfortable bed, very stuffy. Bathroom so small. No wouldn’t stay again nor recommend

We stayed for 3 nights. The hotel was okay but it’s sad because it was so noisy all night due to the cars going around playing loud music. Hope the community can do something about it or the people will not go back.

Rent och fräsch som alltid. Mycket bra och tyst rum på andra våningen.

Trevlig personal. Mycket bra restaurang kök. Rent rum. Bott här vid två tillfällen. Återkommer gärna igen.

I det stora perspektivet är det bra men känslan är att hotellet snart behöver uppgradera sig mht rumsstandard, menyer, frukost m.m.

Venligt personale, godt med pool efter en dag på ski

Lugnt och skön med spa där vi verkligen kunde koppla av. Jättetrevlig personal på alla plan.

Poolen var bra, men det var halt på golvet.

Lite lyhört i rummet mot korridor annars kanon och gött med poolavdelningen

Väldigt bra mat!
