Great location and hotel.

Located by the port by an apartment complex. Quiet.

This hotel is some way from the city, high above the port. But with excellent bus services and a wide view, it's well worth the extra few $$ .. Didn't use the breakfast service ( as I made my own meals, the kitchenette in the room is basic but just right for saving money) but if it matches the cool vibe of the staff ladies it must be pretty good 🙂 Also the T V was most welcome, many Eng Lang films on the satellite deals in Romania.

The hotel is located a little bit far from the city center and the surrounding neighborhood is bad. But the price is really ok, the staff is friendly and the breakfast is good.
