Was very disappointed. Pool needed to be cleaned. There was a family reunion going on and was very loud until late hours of night. The beds was not comfortable and pillows like rocks.

The sofa mattress was covered in rust. There was no mattress cover. No fitted sheet. Nothing. When we spoke with the manager, he said, were booked & there is nothing I can do. So we left immediately.

I want to start by saying the hotel is family friendly and overall is a good place to stay for a family vacation. There inside pool and free breakfast is a plus. I want to give them there glows before the grows. Now on to the issues we had. We Waited almost 2 hours for clean towels and an ironing board . Called front desk 2 times, walked down to front desk and offered to bring dirty towel to him so he could exchange them for clean ones. He said he was coming and still took an additional 25 mins to bring towels. Clerk came to check room to make sure there wasn’t an iron board in room. Once he seen there wasn’t an ironing board it still took him 30 mins to bring one. These mistakes cause us to miss our dinner reservation. We were very disappointed. We spoke with the manager who didn’t give us a credit or compensation for our troubles but agreed that the clerk was wrong and would speak to him about the situation. She also said to call her directly for our next stay.

Could not get extra towels for the room. No linens for the sofa bed. TV remote did not work.

The room I booked was not the room I got. Then the pool was not clean at all. The indoor pool was the selling point due me and didn’t get to use it.

This was our second time staying at this location. We only stayed overnight this past weekend. Each stay so far has been great experiences! No issues. Staff members were very professional & friendly. I would definitely recommend.

Overnight stop with little kids that was refreshing. Pool was nice, rooms were clean, and breakfast had it all.
