This is the only hotel that I have stayed at in the last 10 years that took the time to call your room about 15 minutes after check in to see if everything was good and if you needed help with anything. As it was, the TV was being a bit difficult and went into a software update that we didn't know what to do with. A gentleman came up immediately and waited til it was all done and installed it for us. While waiting, he gave great tips for places to go, where they were and restaurants. Couldn't ask for better service.

A good value place to stay. Had an issue with room appliances, which was quickly addressed. A good business isn’t necessarily one that has no issues, it’s one that values customer service and makes amends.

The bed was comfortable and the pillows, but the room smelled like cigarettes smoke. The bathtub around the edges could have been cleaner. The front counter staff were very good. The breakfast was not great.

Clean rooms great staff conveniently located good parking area. We have used this travelodge many times and will again.

There was no air conditioning and the room.was hot. The toilet had a half flush it would do every few minutes so we just turned off the water overnight so the noise didn't keep us up. The positives were that the staff was very friendly and helpful.

Hotel was aged but well maintained. Location was adequate. Staff were friendly. Bed was older but bedding was clean.

Service was excellent. The hair dryer in the room was not working and the service rep on duty delivered another one to me within 5 minutes. The manager, Preet Josan was very accommodating when I arrived a little early for check-in which was very appreciated because I had a health meeting at 12:30 at the hospital.
