I decided to stay here because of the fantastic reviews. Checking in was fast and easy and the person that helped me was incredibly kind and efficient. My room is quiet so far and the bed is comfortable. A couple of cons: The bathroom floor and baseboards need a good cleaning. Also, the tv's are older and do not support Hulu, Amazon Prime, etc. Overall, a decent place to stay and very inexpensive also.

Hotel was great, spacious rooms. Large bottles of Dove hand soap, shampoo, conditioner and lotion. Nice breakfast. 2 restaurants within a very short walk Only con was we had difficulty maintaining a consistent room temperature.

We were very comfortable in our room. Shower was great.

The pool was smaller than I thought it was going to be. There were at one time 70+ people in the pool area.a lot of kids in the hot tub under 10 years old and according to the desk staff it was non-functional because some kids broke the controls on the wall. The pool water was cloudy and the noise level was out of control. There were no towels available, 3 separate times I had to ask for towel. On the main floor there was water down every hallway on the tile, it was a big slipping hazard, I notified the staff and they said they would clean it up and never did. There was kids constantly running up and down every hallway, in the weight room, messing up the coffee machines. Our room was on the 2nd floor and we called the desk because the room above us was running around and screaming all night. I have 3 little kids and to have them keep waking up because of the noise level overnight and the staff not doing anything a lot it really showed me a lot about how this hotel was being ran. Overall, this is a very much a kid friendly hotel, The price was great for our room, but it came at a price of no sleep and inadequate staff that didn’t solve problems when they arose.

I liked having a microwave in the room. I liked having dove soaps in the dispensers in the shower. The continental breakfast was hot and actually good. The room was super comfortable, and the environment was very quiet.

We loved the pool and spa it was great

This stay was nice except the hot tub was broken. I even called the day ahead and was told yes it was open it was the reson we booked there

Pool was very dirty mucky water floating debris room had a stinky closet dirty air smell no toiletries in bathroom have to ask for everything not just extras

The location had easy access to the expressway and a variety of restaurants.

EXCELLENT BREAKFAST, A LOT OF PARKING, EVEN FOR BIG TRUCKS. GREAT ROOMS, THEY HAVE THE LARGE TOILET SEAT
