Clean and well maintained room, courteous and efficient staff. Excellent location close to public transport, shopping and dining. Aeroparque airport 30 minutes away by car

Muy mala experiencia. Durante nuestra estadía, alguien del personal abrió mi valija, revisó nuestras pertenencias y robó 20 euros y 20 dólares que estaban en la billetera de mi hija. Cuando informé lo ocurrido, la respuesta del hotel fue: “para eso tiene una caja de seguridad”. Entiendo el uso de la caja de seguridad, pero no hay excusa para que mientras limpian una habitación revisen las valijas de los huéspedes y tomen dinero. Lo más decepcionante fue que ni siquiera recibimos una disculpa, ni mostraron interés en resolver la situación. Realmente una experiencia muy desagradable y totalmente inaceptable para un hotel. No lo recomiendo.

Elevator only holds capacity of 2, traveling with family (minors) makes this difficult and unsafe.

For my taste there was too much sweet but I understand that is the typical Argentinian breakfast. Service in general was very good.

I liked the property and staff a lot but the bathroom light didn’t work.

The hotel is conveniently located, near to metro, bus and train stations. Nice neighborhood and the staff very kind. Great breakfast

I wish there was a more comfortable chair, other than the straight back wooden chair. A loveseat or a cushioned chair would have been nice. Especially for 5 days!

Helpful staff, close to shopping and dining options. Close to train, subway and bus transport. An excellent option if you don’t want to stay in the city centre. Very clean and comfortable.

Small hotel but super convenient. Close to restaurants and transportation.

Always clean and a very convenient location for the purpose of my visit.

Easiest chicken ever. Nice stuff, great breakfast, comfortable hotel room. Was hard to find outlets. Walls are thin so you can hear people come in late. But that probably can't be avoided on a Saturday night in Buenos Aires. Overall would recommend.

Very clean and the staff is friendly. Only downside our room was directly above the main street and the noise and lights were coming through the windows all night.
