Everything was great except for the cleanliness. There was dust all over the mattress and in the bathtub. People with allergies would find it extremely irritating to their noses.

Despite the staff being overworked and stressed during the Songkran festival, they made an effort to make my stay comfortable and relaxing as much as they could. Facilities are basic — you get water, a TV, towels, and a bed. The ambiance could be better, but it is what it is. I did not eat at the hotel, so I can't comment on the dining options. The staff were great — friendly, helpful, and attentive. A big highlight was the spacious rooms and the excellent staff service that made the stay very comfortable. The price was very reasonable during the festival, offering good value for money. Located in Bangkok, close to everything, the hotel is clean and conveniently situated near major attractions and transportation, making it easy to explore the city.

Good location, near 7eleven, not too far from Victory Monument station or Phaya Thai station. I borrowed an iron from the hotel and they brought it up quite quickly, the room was clean, there was a scale in the lobby for me to weigh my things before leaving. The negative point is that the room is a bit old and small, my room was on the 8th floor, the bathroom had a weak water flow so sometimes I had to wait for the water to rise to flush twice to clean the toilet. In addition, the room had few power outlets, only 1 near the door and 2 at the head of the bed but 1 was covered by the mattress. For the price, I still feel it is okay. If you have to book urgently and have few options like me, booking here is still okay, but if you book early with many options, there are many other newer and nicer places.

Every traveler worries about whether they will late for the flight. Should not she comfort me? It 's understandable that the transportation will be late a little bit due to traffic jam. These cold words suddenly reduced my impression of this hotel to the lowest level. I know it 's not your fault, but your attitude presents this hotel 's service.
