Friendly staff, great breakfast. Building could do with new paint, brighter hallways, new carpets and new room furniture

Amazing staff

I had read some review about dated rooms but honestly the hotel was just fine. The rooms were clean, the beds comfortable I had a great sleep. The breakfast was fresh and kept well stocked. The staff were friendly and helpful. There was some construction happening on the 3rd floor but it didn't disturb us. Thank you management and staff, we will be staying here again.

I was very happy with my stay here, the staff were very friendly, helpful and accommodating. They are in the process of upgrading rooms, and i had a finished one which was very clean and had everything i needed. They always had coffee available and a basic breakfast in the morning to get you going. The hotel is close to lots of take out options and i was able to walk where i needed to go. I was staying on my own as a female and felt very safe.My experience was better than expected!Thank you!

The room was newly renovated and had good amenities. This hotel is in a convenient location. The only downside was that the walls between the rooms were a bit thin, and we could hear someone laughing in another room.

The Room wasn't dirty, and the beds were quite comfortable, but the carpet had holes in it, some of the lights didn't work, and the club next door was quite loud on Friday night. The room was in poor condition, but the bathroom had been updated and felt fresh. the bathroom was missing a fan, much to the chagrin of the other member of the room. Overall, if you just need a bed, this hotel is right for you. if, however, you are looking for a more holiday-like retreat, I would Look elsewhere.

Really clean inside. There's active renovations as of our stay, but even the older parts of the hotel were very clean and smelt clean. Good work to the custodial staff! The location feels nice and safe, we walked to and from Midway Music Hall along paved well lit sidewalks. Amenities are awesome with multiple dining options and a convenience store in the same complex. I highly recommend staying here if you attend a concert at Midway

Sadly, there was construction going on and we were right in the room next door. The place was not very clean due to construction work and loud at times. We did not know about the construction upfront, otherwise we would have looked elsewhere. No idea how safe it is for guests to walk through the construction air to their rooms. The breakfast is basic. That said, the experience overall was okay. After construction finishes, my opinion will most probably change.

I was given a newly renovated room. The room was nice and bright and fresh. The bathroom was nicely updated too. The furniture needs to be updated next but the bed was very comfortable and the hotel quiet.

Th location is perfect. The staff super friendly. It’s an older building that is maintained. The windows need replacing so there is some draft and street noise.

Room was badly in need of Reno’s and not fully clean. “Continental breakfast” was meagre, missing most of what the staff said would be served.

Newly renovated room. Nice. Needed sink cleaned out. Clogged a bit. Could use more easy access charging for devices. Maybe on an end table by the couch. Staff was friendly and wonderful. Breakfast mediocre.
