Lovely hotel, excellent aircon (38/43°C!). Large quiet comfortable room with a huge balcony. Substantial breakfast, plenty of choice

This hotel would be a perfect 5/5 if: 1) The water in the shower did not go from boiling hot to freezing cold in a matter of seconds the whole duration of a shower 2) The fan in the bathroom did not whistle so loud 3) Don't go on a weekend because loud croups of people go and make noise till late at night. I called the reception at midnight then 1 am, and nothing was done the noise continued 4) For breakfast I only like hot chocolate. Well if you want hot chocolate, you need to order separately at the bar and pay separately. 5) Croissants awful not fresh If none of this concerns you then it's a great hotel to stay at!

The property is well kept and the rooms and nice. Staff were all friendly and the breakfast was good. The area around the hotel is a busy road and happened to be under construction at the time resulting in some noisiness.

Nice and quiet hotel close to the Ioannina center.

It was a bit out from the centre, but I had a car so no problem. Easy to get to the centre. Hotel was great and especially the pool setting, pool bar, and the music - a highlight. Shower was amazing with multiple heads and music. Room was clean and large enough. Staff was extremely helpful, courteous and kind. All round- a marvellous stay!

The hotel was excellent for our stay. We were there from Sydney (Elderly parents & myself) catching up with family. It was a great 'meeting place'. The hotel staff were excellent in accommodating this. Great cafes around.

We booked a triple room, a room with 3 single bed. This was a requirement! We specifically were looking for 3 bed. When we arrived to the hotel, we were given a room with a double bed, and a couch. Since we were traveling off-season, the receptionist upgraded us to a room for 4 people, which was nice of him. I dont think this would have happened if we were traveling in summer. This hotel advertised an option of 3 single beds, it didnt say double bed and a couch. If it had say so, we would have booked a different hotel. Then we finally checked-in and the room said to be Non-smoking. They had a sign on the door. Well, people did smoke it that room, and in order to eliminate the sigarette smoke in the room, hotel staff sprayed it with some chemical, which made it worse. I have asthma, i barely made it through the night. Good thing, we only stayed one night.

... but it was a real pleasant stay! We came as family of 3 and got a suite/big room (1 double + 1 single bed), huge bathroom, balcony etc. Staff very friendly, pool free of charge, delicious breakfast with lot of choices. Just, the area is a bit ... remote.

We stayed 2 nights at Krikonis Suites Hotel, with 3 adults in one room. The third bed was hard and not very comfortable. The pool-area was good, but at times there were many locals there, so make sure you get a sunbed. We asked to change rooms, because the one we got had 2 balconies with room for one, and we wanted to be able to sit outside together. This was no problems, and we got a new room in few minutes. This may be the reason for why one of the beds was uncomfortable. The only negative about this hotel is that it’s a little ways from good restaurants. The hotel has no traditional Greek food, so we had to go into the center about 7 minutes away in a car.

Excellent rooms- roomy, clean and beutifully decorated. The outside pool area was lovely and the service provided fantastic. We were even given a free bottle of wine when we arrived!

Location is good-few minutes’ drive to city center, good breakfast, Free car parking in the hotel, nice swimming pool, rooms are decorated very nicely.

We traveled to Greece with our two young children to visit family and to be close to the Ioannina University Hospital, where a family member was being treated. We stayed at Krikonis Suites because their rooms could accommodate 4 people in one room, which I found to be rare in Europe. We are glad we did. The quadruple room was spacious, with one full bed and two separate twin beds. There was even a separate sitting area with basic TV and a minibar. Unfortunately, as with most hotels in this area, the bathroom is less than adequate. It was small and not well equipped. That not withstanding, we would recommend this hotel to anyone who is in the area. It is quaint. The staff is very helpful. The pool is fund for the kids and the pool cafe was great for a quick lunch. The breakfast is adequate for the 5 Euro price but did not have a great selection. I would recommend this hotel for families with children as it is a great value hotel.

The hotel gives good value for the price. Good and unexpected US style breakfast (rather than a typical Continental breakfast). Probably very good hotel in season (I stayed off season). Hotel minor consideration is that Restaurants or Greek Tavernas are a bit far for walking.

Great accommodations at a reasonable rate. We came to visit the area and the service and reception at the hotel was excellent.

We thought we’d booked a hotel in the city centre. This felt like the middle of nowhere, VERY difficult to find- even with a GPS. No restaurants nearby. The room had a funny smell and the curtains were so thin that the lamppost directly outside was like a floodlight. Bedside lamps not working, breakfast: YUCK. The lady in reception was very nice
