Worst stay in hotel ever. Hotel is probably 2 stars. - One towel only provided had to ask for another one - Empty shower gel and soap dispensers in the bathroom, had to request housekeeping to sort it out. - Hairs everywhere in the shower stuck on the taps which could have been easily cleaned. - Bed sheets not fully done properly. - The room had door joined to the other room which gas zero noise insulation, other hotel guests were loud and also came back early morning waking us up. DO NOT ACCEPT THE ROOM WHICH HAS DOOR TO OTHER HOTEL ROOM, you will have very bad time. The housekeeping seems very bad and done half of a job. Hotel is not high end and cheap but its basic hotel things not being done properly. Save yourself trouble and book a bit better and nicer hotel somewhere else. On good side, the bed was very comfortable but all other issues we had does not outweight the cons for us.

I was able to walk to venues easily and then ventured using the city buses. The hotel was just what I needed for the week stay.

Cleanliness needs improvement. Also, it would be good to have a kettle or atleast some type of facility available in the room. We didnt expect much but still disappointed

I needed a low-cost, no-frills hotel for the night before my flight home. The Ibis fits the bill.

Hotel staff is freindly but my room stinks with cigarettes and there not even a small table to work for a minute on laptop, overall 4/10

A lovely clean well designed hotel. Staff were friendly and helpful. Decent breakfast. Lovely bar/lounge with view on 8th floor. Price very reasonable

Good location across street from central bus station and bus to center of town. Only problem was noisy and had kids running and playing in halls from 0600 until around 2200. Notified desk but too many, even in elevators.

The hotel is very nice and clean, the room is big and pleasant. I have eaten in the hotel every day, their cousine and chefs are fantastic! Loved it

Location is good, but rooms are very basic and old. Dirty carpets

Overall everything was poor, starting with cleanles in the apartment, not comfortable double bed wich was made by two single beds, noise from street, smell of cigarettes in the apartment. And I was surprised communication Lady Receptionist wich was very rude and unpleasant at all. Definately I not recomended to no one to stay here and after min 10 visits I probably never back again.

clean hotel,warm,very quietvery good breakfast .lots of choice of warm dishes and snacks ,drinks.Coffe very nice.

Great location, very nice sky terrace and good room condition. I would suggest investing in AC as with heat season the room temperature was very high. Apart from that would definitely recommend it!

The location was ideal for our intended visit with relatives. The room was nice and clean. Breakfast was good. Front desk staff were very good.

Nice hotel, close to city centre and with shops and coffee shop near by, 2 morning got woken up by noise of vacum cleaner in rooms next to our Bar staff very flexible and prepared some cocktail out of the menu for us

Very nice, beautiful, comfortable with big parking place for car hotel, close to old city, nice few, friendly staff, tasty breakfst. Very big room and warm. I live it!!!

Our room smelled really bad, like sewege, and shower had mold. Walls and window were paper thin and we could hear traffic all night long. Breakfast was decent considering the price of the night.

All and all good. A lot of traffic but nice people
