Great stay

Great stay and not excessive charge for leaving a mess

It was a cute little suite. The bed was comfortable and linens clean. The front room floor was not clean and the couch could use replacing. The kitchenette was a great bonus, and it was adequately supplied, however when we tried to use the cookie sheet to warm up something in the oven, it did not fit. There is a small table with a couple of chairs outside each room. It would be far more appealing to sit out there if the side walks were swept. The pool was open when we were there, which was a lovely bonus on a hot day. The website had stated it would not be open for another week. All in all, we were overall satisfied for the price we paid.

The staff were great. The pool was wonderful. The rooms were okay. Our bed was not that comfortable. Our blind was broken but they did come and put up a curtain. I found it surprising that they don’t supply ice. The location of course is perfect.

Room was smaller, but fine. Had everything we needed. Nice to have the patio to sit out on, added space.

The room and area was great. It was nice that there was a restaurant on site. The only reason that I would not stay again was that $30 a night pet fee was excessive.

I liked that we had an actual bedroom with a door that closed so whoever was up first could make coffee in the kitchen without waking the other. Also, it had a full size fridge - very rare these days. And right across from Okanagan Lake beach! Lots of restaurants and stores within walking distance.

Very good value for the location. Kitchenette was acceptable for simple meals. Room was basic but adequate with a good bed.

The day that arrived at Tiki Shores, it was raining & windy, we traveled on motorcycles, by the time we arrived during the normal check in time, the office was closed and there’s a note on the door for answering service, I called twice no answer and I left messages twice, never got a return call, Iwe were wet & cold, I was very upset, we had waited for over an hour before we could get into our room, and I chatted with a live agent on the hotel.com, didn’t get anywhere, until other travelers arrived, apparently Tiki Shores had text their guests with the instructions on their room info and access, because I booked my stay with hotel.com, my contact info was not available to the inn but they had informed Expedia which the information was not passed over to us, half hour later, another traveler gave me a direct cellphone to call, I finally got a hold of someone and got my room info & access code, but the lock was broken, can’t get in, so I called again, they had to call a tech guy to come in to fix the lock, so we had to wait again The next morning I spoke to Sharon in the office about our disappointment the day before, Sharon was very nice and professional on how to make things right and ensure their guests are happy, she gave us a full credit for the night, thank you Sharon In my option, Expedia should credit the commission back to Tiki Shores Inn as Expedia did not pass the information to us Tiki Shores is a very spacious & clean place to stay, we will stay there again

Location was excellent. The motel was dated but location made up for that. It had great parking, and was across the road from the beach. Nice pool on premise. Would stay again.

I had no actual contact with the staff as my friends were also staying and did the check in. Room was nice and clean and fluffy pillows. Loved the location, would enjoy a proper stay and swim in the lake across the street.

I had a wonderful stay at this motel in Penticton. My room was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, which made my trip even more enjoyable. I would also like to give special thanks to “Sharon”. She was incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful throughout my stay. Her warm personality and genuine hospitality made me feel right at home from the moment I arrived. It's rare to come across such excellent customer service, and Sharon truly made a lasting impression. I highly recommend this motel to anyone visiting Penticton and would gladly stay here again.

Great location and good price for the time of year (June). Room was nice and spacious however could have used a coffee table or something. We liked that bedroom and living area were separated. Kitchen had everything needed. Not much ventilation in the bathroom so there was some mildew smell. Walls are pretty thin so would recommend earplugs.

Clean sheets and a comfortable bed. But very dirty unit. We won't be back again.

A quick overnight stay for us but the room was way better than I expected. Clean and convenient with a patio! Would stay again!
