Our preferences were never relayed to the hotel or they misplaced it. We requested a double and had to squeeze into a single bed. There was no tv or internet the firat day. The waiter ignored us the first night and didn't provide drinks requested. Breakfast was ok next say. Redeeming feature was hotel location and night manager Wendy. She really tried to help fix the issues.

The person at the reception desk was super helpful and friendly. I would give her “full marks”, ie top score. Our only comment regards her restaurant recommendation. The only diners were tourists from the UK or the US and the food was mediocre, not the quality we expected from a more traditional Spanish restaurant. But great hotel, and great staff!

Nice walkable area. Across from El Prado

Hotel in a perfect location not only for visiting the Prado Museum, but the entire historic centre of Madrid. The room was clean, functionally equipped, the bed was comfortable. The advantage was the miniature balcony, pleasant for mornings and evenings. Coffee machine is useful in early morning. The minibar will probably everyone filled according to their own needs. The bathroom was spacious and had basic toiletries. Breakfast was good, the choice was sufficient. I did not discover the restaurant, but in this location, I did not miss it. During the day they run something like a cafe with a garden in front of the hotel - and they have the very best sangria in Madrid, I recommend trying it. As always at Radisson, friendly, helpful and really nice staff.

Excellent hotel - clean room and a very good breakfast. Staff were also very attentive. Special shout out to reception staff for their local knowledge and the birthday cake for my wife!

Baby blanket with huge sentimental value went missing from the room. Whilst we appreciate it may have been taken away with the bedding, little effort went into finding it! Very dissapoiting! Everything else was average.

The room was very clean and well appointed. Great location too. A special thank you to the staff who retrieved my passport from my room and kept it safe until I returned three days later to retrieve it! Thank you does not seem like enough!

Great visit , great staff

Although the room was in good condition but old and needed remodeling. There was mold around the bathroom shower fixtures. In the description it said shuttle available in most cases when I've seen that the hotel has its own shuttle. Instead we had to take a taxi cab because it was not available And they did not offer one. To use the pool on the facility you were required to pay an additional fee. I found this very unusual. All in all I would find a different place to stay next time I'm in Madrid

Professional staff, perfect amenities for 4 star hotel, comfortable stay, cleanliness, suitable location away from street noises. Improved facilities than comparing to other 4star hotel chains. Radisson definitely know their customers well and how to accommodate them. Will come back and suggest others to stay here

Spacious Rooms, great breakfast and very friendly staff.

The hotel is small & quaint. It has a good location & easy to catch taxis 1 block away. Staff was warm & welcoming. Room is small, carpeted & dark. It has a balcony which was nice. Breakfast was excellent with made to order coffees & eggs any style. Air conditioning was weak in the winter. I can only imagine in the summer. Quite area at night which is essential for sleeping. Overall, satisfactory stay.
