A relaxing weekend after 2 weeks of travel in Italy, our second stay. We so enjoy the beach walkout rooms. Friendly staff. Nice breakfast. Easy parking.

Front desk was so helpful. She arranged vans to get us to our cruise. Also ordered delivery pizzas for us. No language gap here!

I would not recommend staying at this property at all it’s a catfish from the pictures online the staff was not helpful at all ! Everything closes early so make sure you eat and cabs are very pricey

This was an amazing experience. Resort is above and beyond what I expected. Local restaurant (Kuta) best I have ever experienced in 60 years. Rooms clean and comfortable. All in all a top lust trip

The room was clean and staff was amazing. From the front desk to housekeeping. Spouse has special needs and they are very accommodating. Stayed in a beach front room that was great walking out to the sea. Was able to spend 45 min in Terma Pool plus had a massage. Great time. Definitely return if cruise from Ravenna again.

The Terme beach resort was a wonderful peaceful place to stay before a hectic vacation through Greece and Turkey. The spa was amazing and very well priced.

excellent staff. arrived late but front desk helped us order food from off site. Also arranged a taxi to cruise ship nest morning. Great room and amenities. Only stayed one night on way to cruise. Very satisfied.

This place is excellent! Will do it again as soon as possible! Everything is clean and the stuff are proud to work the. We had an excellent time, our service dog was very welcome. The breakfast was nicely arranged. The staff where nice, helpful and pretty amazing! Be advised: Italians have a very special schedule of eating times and they freeze to death when it’s under 68°F, so restaurants may be closed and the A/C boils you to do death.

Great place to stay.

The restaurant was shut down none around no taxi service our shower head was not working and no one to fix the beach was shut down and no View as marketed the buffet was very bad no fresh food same food daily expired dairy which caused food poisening for me the spa was very limited and closed some days rude front desk staff not what it seems on the website

Room was clean, staff was great with assisting us when we needed help. Enjoyed the room right on the beach.

This property no longer has a restaurant on site, and has been partially turned into a hospital/occupational therapy rehabilitation centre. We had expectations (based off the photos) of being able to sit on the beach with a couple of drinks, however with no bar or restaurant this was not possible.

We stayed for only one night in late September. It was quiet as it was off season, all was as expected. Staff is very professional and helpful. I would like to specifically thank Gioia for her help with our change in reservation. She fixed my mistake despite Expedia claiming it couldn’t get done. Thank you again!
